    I ordered the SPONSORED top on the 25th, so there should be no delay

    But on the receipt it says "Available from 15/7/2012"

    It also says that when you click to buy it on the website, keeping in mind this is the sponsored top I'm talking about

    On the superstore site on my order history it says

    "This order is currently on back-order. Please see the status of the individual products below."

    I emailed them about it days ago, been talking to the shop on Twitter who have jsut told me to email, and I got an automated reply saying they'd try and respond with 48 hours :rolleyes:

    * typical of the official store. They never said when I pre ordered my no sponsor shirt they they would take less. I would have just went for the sponsor one if that was the case. But no I don't think they put that on their shop at the time. :54:

    It is typical. They said people who ordered with sponsor would get it on time. They advertised. "PRE ORDER NOW FOR MAY 31st RELEASE"

    So I did, and on the receipt it says I won't get it until 15th JULY!! I'm going to cancel my order and just buy it at shops tonight.

    Can you still cancel and they will refund you? I bought myself one, wife and brother and a baby kit so might just pop into store when I get back to Scotland.

    Shocking customer service. They expect us to purchase from official stores but when you do this is what happens every year. It can also be bought for a lot cheaper elsewhere. As much as I love Celtic why do they think I will pay over the odds for it?

    I just ordered S/S no sponsor for £40.50 says available 18/06/12 this is currently not in stock in the stores.
    Delivery is £4.50 or free if over £50. I just chucked something else in.
