I'm not shocked by this. I don't think he'll get banned on all the charges but probably 2/3. I think his reaction was justified and that of a supporter rather than a manager. You've kinda got to take that with Lenny, good with the bad I think. He's capable of inspiring the team but it kinda goes hand in hand with his temper. I'll say this, what he did had no effect on anyone but him and the team. He hasn't gone out of his way to endanger anyone else, like some other more dignified managers.

Agreed, I certainly don't want Lenny atrophying while sitting out his ban. I think that's a valid point that no-one else has made yet.
