    i would give them 2.5 million upfront for both ,keep hooper for rest of the season and loan them out tony watt ,give him 6 month playing regular spl football , and if hooper does go then watt will have a good 6 month under his belt for when he comes back

    I wouldn't buy GMS. He's a skillful footballer but a luxury player.

    Russell could do very well.

    We could probably get Russell for £1million. If we went in with £750k and got it rejected, Russell would probably demand a move being a massive tim and we'd only need to up it a bit to about £1millionish to get him.

    Only problem is we have too many players. We'd probably need to get rid of Miku, McCourt and Bangura to bring him in.

    Mackay-Steven I think is a risk, he's quite injury prone and light-weight and I dont think he'd be a player we could start in European games.

    But Russell I think is a must buy, he's a good allround player, solid, quick, technical, would run through brick walls for Dundee Utd never mind his beloved Celtic, can play several positions and even though hes not the tallest hes good in the air and most importantly of all maybe - hes a player who sets the tempo, he shuts players down and is a leader and personality similar to Broony. He would thrive at Celtic and for me he would be an important player for us in Europe with his pace and work-rate, we could use him on a wing in Europe.

    I hope our scouts find better targets than these two average players. Might be a bit harsh but they would not improve our starting 11.
