    Played for us before them I'm sure.

    We did a swap for one of their better players, then bought him back a couple of seasons later.

    From what I remeber he destroyed us in his last game for them and got booed of the park by the huns becasue he had signed for us not long before.



    Might be thinking of someone else though

    Don't really care what they were before they came to Celtic, because they'll be fans when they leave.


    Out of the full squad, i think Sammy is probably the one who loves this club the most. Genuinely reckon when he hangs up his boots he'll be straight down the ticket office for his ST and trying to get as close to 111 as he can. :56:

    Majstorovic - AIK Stockholm
    Izaguirre - Barcelona

    Ki - Liverpool
    Forrest - Celtic
    Brown - Possibly (and now probably formely) Rangers, but have also heard he was a fan of Dunfermline.
    Juarez - Pumas, Real Madrid

    Hooper - Heard he's a Newcastle fan, but Spurs would also make sense.
    Samaras - OFI Crete

    Not our players but here's a few interesting ones: Chris Iwelumo, Wayne Rooney, John Terry and Frank Lampard are Celtic fans.

    correct Pauly, Adam and his family are from Gorseinon, a Swansea suburb. He was in our Schoolboy's but broke his leg and went to the debt-lovers 40 miles down the road. It's been a sore point for us over the years because even IN Swansea it has always been Cardiff poaching and training the young talent.

    Swansea have never had their act together whilst Cardiff have been running schools all over south wales and scouting talent. they do this well or rather did it well. That's why Swans fans are desperate to use this Premier League cash to finally get some form of academy set up. Losing potential players on your own doorstep to your rivals is pathetic.

    As for being a Swansea FAN? he's certainly a Swansea boy and some of our fanbase consider him a traitor (although probably a bit harsh on a 7 year old looking for a new club after breaking his leg and being dropped) but truth is Man Utd and Liverpool are bigger clubs in Wales than Swansea and Cardiff, at least up until the 2000's and I'd bet my life on it Adam Matthews grew up in a United or Liverpool top.

    Juarez is 100% a pumas fan mate, he said a few times before his dream as a kid was always to play for Barcelona or Real Madrid as far as a fan of only Pumas :icon_mrgreen:

    Aye Juarez is a Pumas fan, says the first game he ever went to was Pumas V Atalante, he says it was a mid week match and he was about 5 years old and fell asleep during the last 10 minutes. Redondo of Real Madrid was his favourite player and an Inter Milan Ronaldo top was his first top.
