No shock there. Never a red card

They were quick to reject Cha's appeal yet to ages to deal with McCulloch and he was allowed to play on December 28th and injure Kayal

:56: That pretty much covers it for me.

    1) Could they not have upped it to a 4 game ban? He's * rotten.

    2) No surprise to see a wrong decision upheld. Calum Murray yer a *.

They were never going to overturn that one, that would be like them owning up to cheating, everyone knows it was never a red card, the SFA are rotten to the core, they need a clear out.
Having said all that we should be playing these teams off the park regardless of dodgy calls against us, we just seem to bottle it on the big stage every time!!!!!!!!

This does not bode well for Lennon's hearing on April 19th, if you know what I mean.

These types of incidents can be judged on and there will never be any issues because it is completely open to interpretation. This gives the SFA 100% power with these decisions.

They say it was a clear goalscoring opportunity, it wasn't, but how can you re-argue that point? You can't.

The ball was doing the same for Stokes against Kilmarnock yet the majority of people on here were adamant that was a goalscoring opportunity as well.

Personally, whilst I think the decision is harsh I refuse to attack the ref or the voting panel for confirming the red card.

This is not an issue of the game becoming non-physical, rather it is an issue of a defender being caught in a bad position - not for the first time in the match - and using his hands to try and regain control. Players are told from a young age this is against the rulesand if you use your hands you run the risk of being penalised.

My only annoyance was the lack of consistancy later on. Whittaker should have been booked for it not long after (didn't stop a goalscoring opportunity), which would have raised the possibility of a red card if he had continued.

Shouldn't be surprised as he's not wearing a blue jersey. He'd be let off if that was the case.

He is awful, but it was never a red.

Also how come the red card was fasttracked yet when McCulloch got sent off, how come they waited and let him play in the Old Firm to injure Kayal. * THE SFA

Whether you think the guy is * or not; the decision to send him off was wrong and today`s decision is wrong.

Could easily have demoted the decision to a yellow card.

Surprised we even appealed this one, as it was never going to be rescinded.
This balloon Cha caught wrong sided, then puts his hands on Wallace as he was going away from him. By the letter of the law it was red, as Wallace was going away from him, dozen't matter if he was heading one way, he could just as easily zig zagged back the other way, and debatedly Cha was the last man too.I am not blaming Callum Murray as he had to make the decision on the spur of the moment in an Old Firm game, but as soon as Cha put his hands on Wallace it was game over. I blame Lennon for picking Cha in the first place, when I can't remember one person on this forum having Cha in their team selection

Thanks for SFA, never going to be reduced to a yellow. Still never a red, it was a nothing challege, but the ref was given a discussion to make, and is not going to backdown now.
New problem is there is three changes against Neil, how many of those are going to be won by Celtic.

Poor decision, but not worried. He'd have been lucky to find himself on the bench.

Matthews and Izaguirre will be our full-backs, now, and rightly so.

The ball was no where near him and there was another man in front of him any way. It was never a goal-scoring opportunity.
