I would fear the worse if it wasn't for the 10 point deduction

i would go as far to say if ranger had not been docked 10points and there best player * off the sinking ship i am not sure we would have won the league this season.....we keep bottling the big games and not just this season.

I'd quite happily 'bottle' the big games, as long as we win enough other games to win the league.

    .

    Sad but true.

27 game winning runs mean nothing when they're against the likes of Hibs and St Johnstone, beating the huns and cup finals matches are the ones that people remember, and we've flopped it again.
I thought the team would have learned from last year, evidently not.

They're still young and growing together, hopefully they FINALLY have learned now, but if we want to get back into Europe we need to find this thing called bottle ASAP.

They have bottled it today - embarrassing performance.

Defence hopeless - couldnt get near a one trick donkey like McCulloch.

Midfield spineless - no ability to find a pass just hump it up the park or back to mulgrew who launches it.

You might think Im overreacting but there are no leaders in the team, which is required in games like today.

So disappointed to lose today, and if they continue like that they wont qualify for the Champions League either.

There is no doubt that in the last 3 seasons we have lost the big game bottle. Probably down to us being a young team with many players not used to being winners.

The players will learn from games like today and last week. They will remember what it feels like to lose and it will hopefully spur them on in big games to come.

The chance of a treble, and a league win at ibrox in consecutive weeks blown. Questions have to be asked of the team's bottle.

Average age is really low in our team though. I think that is a big factor.

This 'We always bottle it in big games' attitude

I'm sick of this attitude already, people saying we bottle it in the big games because of TWO games!!

We didn't bottle it in the last Old Firm, and that meant A LOT more than this Old Firm in terms of the title race. We certainly didn't show a lack of bottle in that 26 game unbeaten run either. In the Europa League, we didn't bottle it against Udinese, everyone was expecting us to get pumped, but we managed to get a 1-1 draw, which is incredible for us to hold the Serie A league leaders to a draw on their own pitch in European competition.

But because of the past two games, we apparently always bottle it. :31:

well said mate.we didn't bottle the Scottish cup final last yr either.we were unlucky against killie,on another day if we'd taking our chances it would have been different.I'd say the Huns have bottled more considering their out of everything.today they did what wee teams do the raised their game.when we win the league and retain the Scottish cup then I'll be a happy man supporting the so called bottlere.

I agree but Cha and Majstorovic are both in their 30's and have over 100 caps between them but have been two of the worst offenders in my book.

Even in the cup final last season my heart was in my mouth at that Majstorovic hand ball.
