I get one a week, it helps my skin and makes me feel better, also makes me look slimmer in an odd way.

I never want to burn on them I just go for 10 mins but took my time building up to that, never go longer than that.

They do not prepare you for sunlight though. I think sunlight is a mixture of uv rays and the beds are only one type so you can still burn. I found this out myself when I had a tan, but had burn under it from sitting out in the sun one day.

Also I have noticed that its now more guys than girls I see when I am in the salon.

The problem in Scotland is the lack of sun, i don't go to sunbeds but i can see why some would, its a bit difficult telling someone in Scotland to get a tan when its either overcast or raining 6 days a week.

I'm exactly the same, when I go abroad my spots clear up completely, I'm gonna try sunbeds. I also have really bad eczema so hoping it might help that to. I'm an ugly * lol.

I'm the same mate, when I'm on holiday my skin clears up. Sunbeds can help but some can break you out more on your first session, so do a couple after your first one and see how your skin is. Are u on any medication for your skin?
