He is the lowest form of humaity going and he has also been scathing towards the huns in the past as well. I simply do not and would not read a word he writes.

The last time I batted an eyelid towards him he was making a "joke" about the Haitian disaster in comparison to football. Utter scum.

 

Leckie is an utter *. Even the slightest things annoy me about the pish he writes, like he always puts EssPeeEll instead of SPL. For sum reason he must think this is funny.

 

Not a fan of Bill Leckie but I suppose he has to take some credit for calling a spade a spade in this instance.

It strikes me that the MSM are going to have to keep Celtic onside anyway what with the Rangers going down the swanee.......where else will they get decent material to fill the back pages?

 

Hate Leckie and still think he's an idiot but I must give respect for writing that and actually saying what he did, especially about Hun FC tainting Scottish football. Can't believe he was actually sticking up for Lennon and the club in that article. Makes me think if it's really him that wrote it or not :icon_mrgreen:

 

Regardless of who, or what, he writes about, Leckie never ceases to come across as a first-class *.

 

Can't believe people are giving him praise for 'sticking up for Lenny' - don't anyone be fooled into thinking this is his actual views! The article has only been written because Hately writes for the Record. If Hately wrote his blog in the Sun claiming it was tainted, Leckie would be agreeing with him.

 

Was going to say that. Leckie is only sticking the boot into the rival paper.
He's a grade A *-sniffer and shouldn't be held any regard more than so.

This isn't really a popularity contest. If he writes something good then we can agree with him.

 

For every "pro-celtic" article Leckie may write you can be sure they'll be 10 ranting and raving about how much he despises celtic.

One I always remember was when he simply came out and said "Martin O'Neill is a bigot" just because MON took Lenny up to the celtic fans after one rangers game after suffering a particularly dreadful 90 minutes of sustained racist and sectarian abuse; funnily enough Leckie had no recollection of that abuse.

Not to mention his infamous "deliberate coughing" myth.

The man's an * and one slightly supportive article (though he still puts digs in at celtic) won't change that fact.
