Who cares? He certainly isn't shining Van Dijk's boots - he isn't fit to.

Let's be honest he had a few decent champions league games, but was a liability in several important games also.

Van Dijk and Ambrose are both far better.

Why shouldn't we take an interest in how an important performer from last season is getting on with his 'new' club.

Been injured since mid-September and not likely to be back till January at the earliest.

On the plus side I bumped into him in a Nottingham pub a few weeks back.

    * what happened to him after leaving. Was excellent for us in his last season and I think he got injured in one of his first games for Nottingham Forest and never seemed to recover.

He was some player. Good luck to him at Rotherham.

He had one of the most bizarre turnarounds of any player I've seen in a Celtic shirt. Utter muck for his first season and then flawless in his second :smiley-laughing002:

He was that good for us that second season that I'm pretty sure Roy Hodgson was seriously considering giving him a call up for England and was more impressed by him at the time over the likes of Forster and Hooper as well.

I'll never forget his immaculate slide tackle against Messi at the Nou Camp that season, was absolutely colossal that match for us.

produced quite amazing performances - of the terrible and brilliant variety. Overall done a good job and made us a profit too.

Would genuinely take him over our CBs to this day.
