Gotta be happy with the 3pts Ref was shocking that was a terrible call for Maj sending off , but I have to say Maj & Wilson not for me I'd much rarther have Chaz & Rogne, or Chaz & Vic if Rogne not fit.

I can never understand Maj when he drops off to get the ball from Forster as he is totally inept with the ball at his feet.

But the stats will say clean sheet so how can the central defence be rank, but I'm not kidded those two are rank with Wilson being slightly better but only cause of his pace.
I have had fears about Wilson since the Ibrox game when he filled his pamper.

But they get my support when the game is on.

Ref was absolutely shocking! Good play in the lead up to the goal, and we got the 3 points which is the main thing. Onto the next game

Not sure if he then did shake his hand but just wondering if anyone knows why he wouldnt as it was before the game? Not a big deal but seems a bit strange

 

That's the worst referee we've had in a while, both the assistants were terrible too. When Dan slid in I actually shouted "good tackle" and couldn't believe he was sent off. He wouldn't have had to make the challenge there though had he not been sleeping earlier. Not our best game by any means, but we did enough to see off a decent Inverness performance.

I can't believe there were recent soundbites from Celtic that Dan may get a contract extension... I really hope that Lenny has finally seen what most of us have for a while - Dan is a complete and utter liability!

No pace, saunters all over the shop, poor concentration... rugby tackles anything that looks like it's going to go past him (most things!).

 

He was shocking yesterday, very slow. Almost let Hayes in to score.

If it had been Rogne in his position, he wouldn't have let the attacker get anywhere near it and the ball would have been safely in the stands. Hope the big Norwegian is back for Hibs next weekend.

 

Agree with you Shane, I though Dan had a 'mare yesterday. He was back to the "form" he showed early in the season. I hope Rogne is back for next week as well.

Yesterday reminded me why I think Majstorovic is *, I guarantee he will keep on getting picked though.

 

I would honestly give him a 1/10 for that match. He got the Caley Thistle sending off right and that was about it.

He's not a hard tackling central midfielder, he's a winger for christ sake. He's been great this entire season and had a bit of a rough patch for the last couple of weeks but I think he's been superb in our last couple of games. Without him we wouldn't have won yesterday and I thought his workrate was superb for a player of his skill set. I personally didn't see him hide once, always ready to take the ball but just didn't get enough of it because we were lumping it up the park aimlessly so often. If we keep the ball on the ground like we should be at home he will flourish as he showed yesterday the few times he recieved the ball to feet.

Well it's all about opinions mate and I wasn't the only one who felt that way on Saturday......a lot of people around me were giving him abuse for not doing enough to help Mathews. I don't say that on his day he isn't a great wee player it's just for me I'm not entirely convinced by him yet....as I say it's all about opinions.

Incidentaly that cross in to ledley was great

anyone have a replay of Dans challenge? I sit in 415 so had a pretty dam good view of it and I thought he got the ball but wouldnt mind seeing it again.

 

Just wanted to say , I was at this game and I have to admit I never realised just how good Joe Ledley and Adam Matthews are. They are absolutely brilliant. The amount of times that pair saved us from conceding was astounding.

 

I hope Dan doesn't get a new deal. * me he will be coming out tomorrow and telling everybody he's back to his best again. As much as I want to see our players do really well, this guy's a * dumpling.
