For those who are in love.....
The man is a Celtic man that's a fact!

Used to have my moments of pure anger at big sammy, actually I still get the occasional rant about him but I see him for what he is and what he does for us..
Especially after the abuse he's suffered and the loyalty you can't help but love the big sexy Greek womanising * :icon_mrgreen:

Yeah a sly dig for those who have left and intend to leave that the grass isn't always greener

"Sometimes you don't need to go somewhere to prove yourself or for people to believe in you... His mentality is that he will never quit Celtic to go to a club in the Premiership and fight for 11th just to prove something. He will stay here and play European football and win titles."

I love Sammy to bits. If only all our players had that kind of attitude. We're blessed to have a player of his quality and dedication to the club. Loyalty's a rare thing in football nowadays.

Sammy, Broony and Ledley are the spine of our team not Hooper, Wanyama and Wilson.

It's almost certainly a dig at Hooper. Just look at last year's table and see who finished 11th.

To think how many fans detested him a few years ago. He picked himself up from some seriously rotten performances to become a solid regular in the team. To then also show such loyalty to the club and fans is superb. Really happy he's enjoying his fitba and is so committed to the Tic.

That's one of my favourite ever Celtic quotes, we are truly blessed to have a guy like him in this day and age.

So it should be. He has shown * all ambition by joining Norwich and the pish that was spouted about him wanting to get into the England team was just that, pish.

Agreed. I hope Sammy's comments make some of the others think before jumping ship. The grass is rarely greener away from Celtic even with our limitations.

One poor game won't make me forget all of the big performances he's put in. He in no way deserves to be singled out.

Sammy was played out of position. We saw vs Helsingborgs he is NOT a striker.

Should have played Balde/Stokes up front with Sammy on the left like we did last season to great effect.

So aye, Lennon to blame for this one, not Sammy.
