Unplayable at times today

 

Didn't deserve to be dropped in my opinion.

I reckon he'll start on Wednesday though.

 

Was gutted to see him left out today but fantastic team performance.

We are just so lucky that we have almost all of our players on form right now and such a big squad to choose from. It's a good challenge for the players too.

 

He's had a good run in the team, it's okay if he's given a break now and again..

 

He was world class today. Best I've seen him for a while.

 

I would like to see him back on Wednesday.

I hate Commons on the right but would rest Forrest, Wanyama and Matthews and bring them back next weekend. Maybe even Ki on the right wing and Commons on for the 2nd half.

Which is a fair enough explanation for Sammy being left out.

 

Hope Lenny rotates him and Commons with Forrest over the next few weeks.

 

He'll be back in the team soon enough. It's pretty obvious Neil Lennon likes him.

 

he's obviously giving stokes a game because he won't be starting in the cup final

 

Didn't deserved to be dropped so it'll be nothing to do with performance, as Lennon has said.

 

Why o why would you start sammy ahead of Stokes this world doesnt make any seance to me anymore

 

Maybe because Samaras has been brilliant.

 

Sammy on the left and stooper upfront = everyones happy

 

Yeah he's been playing well, but stokes will give you more goals and more assists and thats what I want from Celtic forwards

 

Stokes has been better

 

At different things yes.

But in the last 3 games Samaras was top class and he didn't deserve to be dropped.

 

Different matches have different strategies and tactics, today stokes was more suited for playing hibs. If I had to choose I'd go with stokes myself but Samaras has been great recently, he brings a different depth to the team, making runs and pulling players out of position. He's an effective team player.

 

I have been one of his biggest critics but he has really impressed this season. He has been brilliant in some games. Saying that, he still shouldn`t be starting imo. Who do we drop to accomodate him? Forrest, Brown, Ledley, Wanyama, Stokes, Hooper are more deserving of a place. Commons is starting to get back to full fitness as well so his chances might be limited. I don`t really like it when he starts. We go to this long ball * instead of just getting it on the ground and playing which we are best at. But we are winning so thats the main thing and I will trust Lenny`s judgement

 

I'd drop Forrest for him at the moment.
