    Sammy, is finished here. Whether or not you think he is still a valuable player, the majority of our fans do not, and will never accept him at Parkhead even if he does find some good form ( which is very unlikely based on the years since he signed)

    So why is he still here?

    Keep Sammy until after Euro 2012 and see if his value rises then. No point in getting rid of him now he's signed a contract. Greece are very solid defensively and might be an outside bet for the 1/4 oe even semi finals, in which case even an average display will see his stock rise.

    I think he's gone backward under Lennon. Funny, cos after the 2-0 huns game Lenny was getting the praise for restoring his confidence. But analyse his goal scoring record - 15 goals in 2008/09, 10 goals even under Mowbray inc. crackers like the one against Killie. He's not been a three year dud as some with short term memories are suggesting. Now he can't score in a brothel. Why is that?

    I don't want him to play or even stay. I like the guy but if he had any ambition he would try and move to resurrect his career. Teams in Italy or even Spain playing 4-5-1 might be interested.

    He was a good player for us, as was mentioned, the start of Strachan's 4th season he was unstoppable but he's just not been able to do it since, it'd be better for both parties if he was sold.
