    I don't think that's the case.

    I think people will always acknowledge the fact he's done well(if he ever does do well!) but they might say something along the lines of 'yeah he had a good game but it's about * time'. Which is a valid thing to say imo.

    As much as I can't stand Samaras as a footballer, if he had a good game I wouldn't deny the fact just for the sake of it.

    sammy should have been sold at the start of last season imo and i am still amazed at how he is still here. The guy has had enough chances in a celtic jersey, time to go i'm afraid

    Wish the Samaras fans would stop claiming people use him as a scapegoat for results in matches. They don't. He's just absolutely * and they know it, so they take on an extremely pedantic view point to score points.

    You're the one who brought him up this time, though. Nobody else was even considering blaming him today. We should all just take a step back with the constant, incessant Samaras talk, fans or haters, it's definitely for the best.

    Definitely would have played much, much better than Hooper today. Hooper is becoming a lazy player with a bad attitude. And if Samaras had came on and gave the performance Stokes gave, we all know what the reaction would be. I'd have Samaras above Stokes in the pecking order now.

    Just because Samaras had no part to play in that * does not make him a good option. Seems like the only opportunities you Samaras-lovers have to say 'I told you so' is when he doesn't play and we lose. It never happens when he actually plays though because he's a lazy tranny *.
