    Sleep. Doesn't matter what I do I just need to be crusty all day in sleep.

    Surprisingly I didn't feel too bad when I woke up this morning, no hangover just a bit spaced out.

    If you remember to drink two liters of water,then stay up for an hour after you come in,then you are not drunk enough to worry about a hangover the next day.

    Eat something before, during and after drinking. Then before you go to bed, eat something with carbs in it, like chips or pasta. Drink a few glasses of water, and have some Milk Thistle, you can buy it in Holland and Barrett, absolutely mental stuff, put the tablet in water and drink it before you sleep, and after you wake up, hangover should be gone in no time. Oh and drink some milk to put some lining on your stomach before bed, should wake up either without a hangover, or with just a headache, so take a couple paracetamol before bed as well.

    So:

    Before:
    Eat

    During:
    Eat

    After:
    Eat
    Drink water
    Have a milk thistle
    Take a few paracetamol/aspirin

    Wake up happy, or repeat above! :50:

    Hangover cure would be to not mix grain alcohol with grape alcohol, thats a surefire way of being next to the toilet seat immediately when ye wake up and then get that dizzy feeling when you stand up.

    Then there's the obvious cure...

    A pint of milk was always my hangover cure but.....

    Just to warn any hardcore cider drinkers, stay clear of milk as it will curdle in your stomach and you will vomit what looks like scrambled egg / cottage cheese. Depending on when you've stopped drinking it can still apply to the morning after.

    Never had a drink for a few weeks,minus the odd pint,but not getting drunk,so the bottle of Buckfast I drank last night has me feeling like a train has hit me,water aint working like it used to.

    Taking a super vitamin with a litre of water before bed does the job too, these super vits i got called alpha men work like a charm, rehydrate your body with water and vits.
