I am keeping the faith mate, faith that we keep winning without any stupidity and bad press from our club! Tis all.

I am also keeping the faith that if we do not win the league, we get in an experienced manager.:50:

Who cares how we play in terms of style when we are 7 points behind? He's grinding out results that everyone, including a lot on here and me, said he would never have won.

There is no pleasing some people.

We could have Mother Theresa in charge of the team and we would still get bad press!!!

You seem awfy naive as to the extent the media in this country will go to demonise our club.

IMO if we don't win the league again Lenny would walk, I don't think many would disagree with that. But while he's here he deserves our full support, the league is far from over.

Being Celtic and Neil Lennon there will always be bad press about us, they've always had it in for us, it just seems its been dragged out by our own fans moreso then the press. Tbh I'm expecting one of the Scottish papers front page to be slagging Neil Lennon for something like not recycling his waste properly or some * like that!

I am not, Just don't think we should do anything to play up to it. However the media I see over here is not your sun's records and times. It is media with a bigger agenda than Celtic's issues and they still give bad press.

And where do you think they are getting their information from?

And we are not playing up to anything, McCoist loses the rag, the picture I posted on the other page confirms that and the fact is he does it every game.

Ask yourself just once why he is never on the back page of the paper face all contorted?

Celtic will always get my support.

Lennon will get my paitence until the end of the season.

As for the papers, I will have a look when I am back in Scotland in a couple of weeks. Hopefully take in a few home games too...

So let me get this right you are now not only comparing Lennon to Clough you are also comparing him to Alex Ferguson .. well they 2 both won European Cups.. lennon cant lead his team to an SPL title when it was just about in the bag.

And yes i do think it is cultish the way certain people online back lennon & cant see no wrong in him.

And to the person saying i should "do one".. nah mate i was here well before Lennon in fact i was a Celtic fan during the dark days of the huns doing 9 in a row - round about the same time your "leader" Lennon was getting toured around Ibrox by Jimmy Nicholl as a schoolboy- and i will be here well after.. im a realist not a moaner & the real situation is we are * at the moment & Lennon just isnt good enough.. you might be happy constantly being second to the bankrupt huns but i for one certainly am not & i will reserve my right to constanly state the fact.

Lennon will get it right, his players will get it right. I've always felt that.

Manager Neil Lennon regrets Wednesday's heated exchange with a fan after Celtic's 2-1 win over Dunfermline.
"I'm annoyed with myself really," explained Lennon. "It's something I shouldn't have done.
"But I was irked by some of the comments that were being directed at the players after they played so well.
"People suffer from amnesia sometimes. They forget the first 80-odd minutes of the game and only want to concentrate on the last few minutes."

Celtic were leading 2-0 after 15 minutes and spurned several chances, including a penalty kick, before Dunfermline pulled a late goal back to set up a tense finale.
And as the teams made their way off the park, Lennon chose to indulge in an argument with a supporter.
"An anxiety spread throughout the ground, which I felt was unnecessary," continued Lennon.
"You'd have to be deaf not to be unaware of it because it's the whole way round the stadium.
"Sometimes I can understand that but on Wednesday I thought it was uncalled for.
"It can make the players anxious and cause the odd ricket here and there because of that extra pressure from the terraces."

    Spot on :50:

They won't do that with Sally because he's a friendly wee happy chappy, always with a smile on a his face and a spring in his step whereas Lennon is always a snarling, finger-pointing trouble maker.

They focus on it because it's Lennon. If it was anyone else it would be a non-story. Lennon has had the rags and everyone outside Celtic on his back, waiting for the least littlest of things to make a mountain out of and the last thing he needs is "fans" booing him, complaining about him or shouting * at him especially when we * WIN!

Just because we battered them for the majority of the time it doesn't mean we shouldn't have ended how it did. How many times in football do you see teams being dominant for the match to only end up 1-0? It happens.

St Johnstone were totally dominating Hun FC last week and it ended up 0-0.

Last year Arsenal were battering Newcastle and were leading 4-0 by half time. Newcastle come back to draw 4-4. It's football, mate - things like that happen.

The bottom line is we WON and Lennon still got grief from a fan.

I'm not comparing * titles between the two of them - I'm comparing INCIDENTS!!

So because Fergie is so great it is ok for him to do that does it? Lennon wins a match and gets grief for shouting back at a fan. Fergie wins loads of titles etc and does his gestures but doesn't get grief for it because he's a great manager. Double standards!

I'm really sure that if Lennon was to get a few titles under his belt he can go about gesturing like that to fans as well then.

    Get a grip.
