My wee sister did it this year. Couldn't tell you everything it involved but she's right into photography and seemed to do pretty well at it and enjoyed it as a whole. They had to do this massive project book thing that involved loads of pictures, writing about them, showing where they were taken and why etc. Think it contributed to 80% of the overall grade, so if you're not into exams that might appeal to you. If your into taking photos then it might be a good option.

I thought the first 2/3 questions were quite difficult and no 4 mark evaluating question which was odd as I usually excel in them.

Higher English exam?... Don't you mean higher memory exam?. Absolute joke, I have to remember 30 quotes, the plot to a play, 4 poems, 1 novel and 2 short stories. And to top it all off I got placed in an int 2 class and got taught nothing the whole year.

Aye, it isnt a test of your ability in English, it is a test of how good your memory is. You could be the best writer in the world, but have a crap memory and do * because you need to remember stupid quotes. What is the harm in quotes being taken in??

Exactly absolute joke, even more so they have to be absolute perfect with no words missing and spelt correct. Absolute joke. I'm just going to revise them 15 minutes before then write them on the question paper before I put my name in etc. Hopefully works.
