Kayal - Wanyama

hes young and still rough round the edges but has potential feel we lack creativity in the middle of park

 

Could see Ki go in January, looks like most people want Ledley, Kayal and Wanyama ahead of him and with Commons, Forrest or Paddy out wide I think he will find it hard to get his place back more than anyone

 

Ledley and Kayal with Wanyama in behind protecting the defence. I think Ledley would have played today, but he's still injured and you could see that we were missing him throughout the game.

Indeed, it took a moment of magic from two substitutes to get the victory. Ledley is essential to our team, but Wanyama should also stay in.

 

Agree.

They work well together but our passing / possession suffer abit, kayal and ledley is still our No1 pairing imo because our passing is usually solid and theres plenty of bite too.

 

Kayal and Ledley is the best CM pairing, but I'd gladly have Wanyama sitting behind them to mop up. That's a tough midfield. Especially if you add Brown into the mix. Ki has his work cut out to merit a place, imo.

 

these 2 do well together all i can say is it would be hard to pick our best midfield pairing when all of them are fit, ideally id try to play 3 in the middle and control games better as we have talent in the midfield

 

kayal/ledley definatly our strongest cm pairing.but wanyama is a good replacement if either is injured.thought he played well today.

 

only untill ledleys fit, then we move up a class.

 

Good combo - Just as well Kayal can not pass a ball because if he could he would not be playing his trade for us .

 

kayals passing and crossing especially is pretty poor.
