A Question to the people backing Lennon - How much more time does he get?

I would give him to the end of the season as well. Either way I dont believe we will win the league this year as we are too far behind, but I think he deserves a full season. As I said before I dont believe if he was replaced that the new manager will have any more experience or credentials than Lennon. It will be the cheapest and easiest option the board could find. I am in no rush to see Lennon go for this reason.

 

The Rennes game might not be important, but if we were to get beat by a poor(based on previous match) French team, then Lennon and his bhoys will be under immense pressure....

Come the weekend, the lads will be tired and Motherwell has always been a place we seem to struggle at and more often than not, we go there and grind a result out.

I like Lennon,....as a player he was great...a legend imo, as a person he is loved by all Celtic minded, but as a manager he is just not cutting it.

Don't let emotions cause you to ignore the fact that with Lennon, we are going further and further downhill. He certainly lost something, and I am not too confident on him being able to motivate the players enough to turn things around. So in my opinion now is the time to go.

Bring in a new manager NOW and with us being 12 points (or more) behind, he will have half a year to settle in and rebuild without as much pressure as if he was to come in at the end of the season.

 

The players we have should be good enough to win this league pure and simple! they are 12 points behind at this stage which is embarrassing, Lennon may take the flack for not motivating the players or having the wrong tactics but surely whatever 11 we put out in whatever position should be good enough for this league outwith the games against Rangers. The players are not playing, we can only blame Lenny for so much. If the board decide to get rid of Lennon they need to do it now, would give the new manager time to build his team with 2 transfer windows for next season if the board decide to back Lennon then they need to back him financially in January. 12 points isnt insurmountable KTF they will miss Naismith and will drop points we just need to make sure we are in a position to captitalise!! i think its important to blood some younsters if we are going to keep lenny as manager

also, stop rotating the defence, rogne and mulgrew should be good enough and izzy will be back soon
