    And btw, in my humble opinion, Bangura (who is African) does not look 22 - Do you consider my view to be indicative of casual racism?

    Aye, you're absolutely right there. Saying Bangura doesn't look like a 22 year old (which he clearly doesn't, I don't think many will argue there) is clear racism. Right up there with calling the guy the N word to his face.

    Newcastle had the same issue a few years back with Obefemi Martins

    he might be 22 on his papers does not mean he is,as long as he can kick a baw

    Exactly. Was watching Australia's got talent a few weeks back and one of the guys on it had to guess his age because he was forced to flee to Australia without his birth certificate, documents etc. He said he was 18 IIRC, when actually he looked about 25.
