    NEW 20 TEAM LIMIT...4 more teams!

    Okay...Since I don't want enormous groups or long drawn out knockout stages and I know we aren't getting 32 teams, Im going to cut off signups at 20 teams.

    4 groups of 5. Play each team twice so 8 games in Group Stage. Top two teams in group advance.
