Should it be legalised , I think it should as it will get all the dealers of the streets etc. Alchohol and cigerettes kills lot more people each year than cannabis does :34:

It's a lot more powerful than it used to be. Plus it's still the first step on the ladder to harder drugs

    So I say NO :38:

It could have its plus sides! It'd help those who take it for medical reasons...
But because of what it does to young people's brains, I have to say nope...

Its not really a gateway to harder drugs any more than coffee is to alcohol, its all about moderation and personal choice IMO

thats counting on people not being idiots. And unfortunately most people have no self-control and give into pressure.

I voted no same reasons as Dave and Suttonsghirl.

Legalise and control it.Make money on taxes which in turn can benefit local communities.Take it out of the criminals/pushers hands.Obviously there would be an age limit.People do drugs, that will never change. This war on drugs is a myth(man)
Not all that keen on telling folk what they can and can't put into their body.It grows naturally on the planet,it's not synthetic....

I beg to differ. When I go to Starbucks for a coffee, the gay boy behind the counter disnae offer me a pint of lager to go with it.

But when you buy yer hash, you're gonnae get offered other drugs.

There have been many scientific findings that suggest long term use of marijuana causes psychological problems later on in life..:87:

A lot of people will be aware of soapbar which isnt even cannabis it like melted plastic and car oil . Thats what 14 and 15 year olds are smoking, legalising it will take this filth of the streets and it will be harder for kids to get it. Coffeshops etc

    People are dumb. Fact.

And they are even more dumb when they've smoked so many doobies they don't have a pupil in their eye.

The general public are too * daft to make personal choices about drugs.

    Yes.

It only leads to 'harder' drugs because it is illegal. If it wasn't sold by 'criminals' these criminals wouldn't be able to 'push' other drugs on to you.
Which is a bit of a myth anyway, in my experience dealers didn't need to push their goods at all and they tended to deal in one drug only. So you went to them because you wanted what they had not for them to move you up the chain. Smoking a spliff does not make you want to take smack.

Also alcohol is a far more destructive drug. Ask the polis.

Of course it's not harmless. But ye can't say that after smoking 100 joints or 10,000 joints it will cause ye mental/physical problems it might, but it's not a given. All drugs be it paracetemol or whatever can damage your health.
Who's to say if ye take it it might not have a postive influence on your mindset/mental health calm
ye down mebbe, relax ye.Live and let live imo.
The fabric of the Netherlands' society has not broken down, and it's been legal there for years

the general public may be stupid but ye can't make their choices for them.Freewill anol
