Find it astonishing that anyone can really criticise him for last mights performance:31:

In the first half, he done everything right. Great control, bringing it down playing the simple pass. He has a lot of skill, he must have been fouled 5-10 times because he was constantly turning their players.

Some people just make their mind up after a couple of games.

Exactly, the Black Sebo isn't even the type of player we need, so it's a total waste to have him on our books anyway.

A Jelavic type would be perfect.

But of course, we went for the cheap option in Bangura, and were told that we’d "have the first option" to come back in for Diawara as we'd already agreed the fee. And of course, some morons took the PLC line, and were left looking like right * when he * off to Sevilla.

Now we’re left with this dud, and the same clowns trying to justify the waste.

Had a couple of "*" kinda shots last night, but he had good hold up play and he should have had that goal for himself. I think he can turn out decent, but I'm still salty about his comments from when he first signed

We paid £2.2m for the guy - should we really be able to write that off because of an injury ravaged season? No, of course not. Hopefully with a good pre-season under his belt he can get back to full fitness and improve next season. He deserves a proper shot with us, not just sporadic games that don't mean anything and late substitute appearances.

I agree, lets see more of him in the last two games on the season, lets see him get a full pre-season under his belt and then judge him on his football.

Players need time to settle, not all will come in like Izzy and Kayal and immediately settle to life in Scotland, many times it takes a whole year to become adjusted. Next season is the time to judge him.

Not convinced by him. Paid a few million for him and he doesn't look worth it at all. He was unlucky not to score last night but against an opposition like St Johnstone, i was expecting more from him.
Would still like to see more of him but i can't see much going for him.

Agreed, he seems to get into the right sort of areas but doesn't look a player. Also what about his Frank Rijkaard haircut? :56:

Doesn't seem entirely match fit yet, I think once he gets that first goal it'll greatly improve his confidence.

"439 - Mohamed Bangura has played a total of 439 minutes in all competitions for Celtic from 15 appearances since his £2.2m move from AIK."

If correct it is the equivalent of 5 full matches and I for one must admit I've seen nothing from him which makes me think he'll become good. Surely if he was any good he would have shown at least something in that amount of time?

I thought he looked good, when you take into account his lack of game time

Strange player, some superb touches. Some shocking ones.

Rusty as * last night though.

In his first games his first touch was really bad, but now it seems that he can`t do anything with the ball running... a striker in front goal goal should get the ball atleast on goal when he is infront of 1or 2 st johnstone players). His working rate and the shot at the post were good.

Maybe I watched the wrong game but at first I thought he looked really good and fast footed early on. One goal and * bang them in! Hat rick next game.

Its not even 5 full games and its not as easy to show what you have in a 5/10min cameo at the end of games which makes up probably somewhere between a half and a quater of that 439mins.

I would agree in part, he seemed to * at things a bit, but I think he was just really desperate to get his first goal. Once he gets that I think we'll really see the best of him, hopefully he'll relax a bit more and focus more on playing football than getting his goal.
