I think Sno looks awkward but its deceptive. When the ball comes to him. He sort of steps back from the ball and spins so his body is between the ball and the pressuring player. Its a good technique when you are built like that and not the fastest. I think he is conciously trying to copy Viera's style.

Good point Davie about Henrik. I would also add that no disrespect to Larsson but at 36 that was a Larsson nearing the end of his career, at the top still, not a Larsson at the peak of his powers. But hey we are used to that kind of condescending arrogant english attitude.

Can't believe Lenny is getting blamed by some folk, * ridiculous if you ask me, you can't blame anyone really , yeah sno played a poor pass and Lenny never really got a decent challenge in, and Big Mick stood off and gave Kack too much space when he should have made a tackle outside the box, but hey look on the bright side, how well we played and the recognition we will get from now on

    I agree

Sno is the natural replacement for Lennon

For a nineteen year old he has amazing confidence
    and composure on the ball..:34::34:

kaka had a long way to goal after sno lost the ball ffs , for me the celtic defence should have been further up the park that they where there was to big a gap between them and the midfield.

Sno * up too often in that Milan game, a few mistakes can be tolerated but too many cannot! Capice?
I say Sno will NOT make it at Celtic, and I rarely stick my neck out on predictions of that nature. :38:
Celtic are NOT a fitba nursery, that nurtures players that possibly might make it, Celtic play to win, NOT to give the big boys like Milan a tussle, ffs!

Yes we are. We cant just magic finished articles:

    a. Good finished articles normally cost £4 million+ unless their contracts are near up. We couldnt afford to spend 30 million quid or so replacing the wreckage of MON's team.

    b. Whats the point in having a youth system if we dont do just that.

    c. Doing just that has brought through guys like Marshall, Liam Miller, Petrov, Maloney, Kennedy, O'Dea, Aidan, Mick, Beatts, Sno etc who collectively probably have had, have or some day will have a market value of 30-odd million.

Realistically for us its youth players, nicking other Scottish players or scouring the marginal markets of Europe and beyond for hidden gems.

Howcan you say that when Alan Thompson hacked down Novo and got sent off.Gordon Strachan phoned him a said he didn't really have to make that challenge there and was dissapinted in him.

4 people were to blame for that goal.McGeady,Sno,Lennon and McManus.

Fact is Lenon shouldn't have been put into that postion by the poor play of Sno and Mcgeady

How can you blame someone for NOT fouling another player to stop him MAYBE getting a goal?
    Utterly unbelievable.

We lost because we failed to score. Nuff said.

There is such a thing as a professional foul buddy

Lennon should have hacked Kaka down on the half way line

you don't let a world class player like Kaka get away from you
in injury time in the Champions League

Get real buddy...do you think those cheating Italians, wouldn't have
    stopped Naka in similar circumstances.

I don't know, but it dozen't really matter

IMO Lennon was culpable for that goal, he must have known letting Kaka
get away from him, would probably lead to a goal

JJ was fouling throughout the game, and didn't
    get booked once..

Lennon had been booked. And it does matter. If he had hacked him down he would have been sent off. I suspect that if we had lost AET with ten men you'd probably not be happy with Lennon for getting sent off.

Sad thing but I have to say we lost because we didn't want to score.
