    I really don't like rugby league. After playing union at school and following it my whole life, league just seems wrong.

    Still follow the Pro12 now I've moved across the atlantic. Hoping Glasgow can do a bit better than last season but after a shocking start, with the exception of the win against Leinster, it doesn't look like much has changed :31:

    Pumped to take on the Auld Enemy this weekend. If we can't win I hope we can at least bring them down to earth!

    pro12 lol. the Celtic League as a name and innovation was brilliant, now its gone off the radar commercially, pathetic sponsors names. even the Magners League sounded decent. i liked the idea of a Celtic league and how it was an overt way to show the world (England) our close ties between each other in a way that could never include them.

    ah well, those days are gone. Ospreys have sacked off all of their galacticos in an effort to built a proper squad and not an amazing array of players who never get to play due to international duty. will be interesting to say how it plays out.

    but "the RaboDirect Pro12"...ffs lol...the most uncatchy and shittiest name of any competetion ever. i woulda told the Italian clubs to jog on as well. i also hate the Play offs as well...if you win the league your champions simple!

    Not Bollocks at all ...Its been the Professional code much longer than the Kick and Clap stuff ...You just have to look at the Cross code games that Wigan Played bath in a few years ago .....And the middlesex sevens union tournament when 7 guys from wigan went and played the union boys at their own code and came away with the trophy ...I rest my case :bbpd:

    you seem to be acquaiting cross-code games with proving that one is better than the other...bothered.

    my manc mate who is ridiculously obsessed with rugby league to a point he has alienated everyone in his life tried to claim that Wales would see that Rugby League is the greater sport....they even gave us a Super League team...within 4yrs we sent that pile of * packing.

    Union is by far the bigger game and more widespread. whatever, it doesnt matter. i know what i prefer.

    I am with you there. Much prefer union. Never had any interest in league at all really. Your also right about the renaming of the Celtic League now the Raboprodirect12 or whatever it is exactly. Has to be one of the worst names ever without a doubt.

    Love Rugby League, none of this kick and run crap. I think the players in both codes are probably as committed to their clubs as the others, something I think football is sadly missing. I wish to one day see the mighty Celtic have a sqaud full of players playing for the shirt the way the mighty Wigan Warriors boys do :D Mon the Warriors!!

    The Welsh national rugby league team is at an all time high, beat Ireland, France and Scotland, and as a result will now be playing in the four nations next month alongside the power houses of world RL (England, Aus & NZ)

    Right enough Crusaders dropped out of super league, but that was completely due to their owners deciding they'd had enough, crowds up in Wrexham were very decent for a sport which only really started here 3-4 years ago.

    I know 3 boys really well who play for the Welsh RL team, all are Cardiff boys. Not many English in the team, not at all.
