If (when) Lennon is eventually sacked/resigns I'd love to see us try and get Paul Lambert or Brendan Rodgers. Both play nice, attacking football. Both are Celtic men and probably by the end of the season one of them will be back in the Championship.

A football game?? no mate many games...starting off with Ross County...same old * tactics against Rangers..baffling Subs.. * in Europe against nobodies.. Hardly one game im going on about!!

Im not saying all expierenced managers will do better but i will say most will... much better odds than a rookie anyway.. we gambled with Lennon..its not working.. cut our losses make the change thats how football esp how Scottish football works...

Just in intrest how long are alll you dedicated followers of Lennon willing to give him?? another 2 ..3 seasons??? just wondering?

We are not paid to. Isnt our job. You can be critical of people failing in their job without having to be able to do the job yourself.

Lennons tactics were awful today. His team were awful. I am not suggesting for a second he should go - of course not - but if he doesnt win the league this season I believe he has to.

We need to stop kidding ourselves on we are a great team. We arent as proven by St Johnstone, Sion, and now Rangers.

Look at it this way. Tommy Burns was a brilliasnt player for us - a LEGEND. He was also a good manager, playing football the Glasgow Celtic Way. But he didn't cut it vs the orcs and lost his job. But the club kept him on in another capacity in which he excelled. We always have, and always will, hold that Man in the highest esteem. We should consider this with Lenny. Just because a Legend doesn't cut it as manager, doesn't mean we have to cut him off.

As i said before thats not my job.. thats the boards... i just know its not happening with Lennon & i dont know how much more of watching this i can take!! Yet still he is getting defended on here!!! ive gave him Credit when hes done well... at the start of the year there i thought he`d turned a corner...but its been brutal since...

im afraid im just not in the camp of thinking "well who else are we gonna get???" im sure theres plenty of great if relativley unknown managers out there that we could get!

Im not for sticking with a rookie who is not learning... who is putting a decent squad to waste.. who is letting those * on the other side look good!!

Tacitically Lennon was shocking today, starting with Samaras and Loovens was a mistake, along with moving Mulgrew to LB with a yellow card. He has got to learn from his mistakes because he cannot continue like this. Play the strongest eleven at every opportunity.

There are many relatively unknown managers, but the ones who are great tend to be known. Or alternatively you stick with a rookie manager and let him learn his trade.

Losing Lennon for a relative unknown would be a gamble many would not be willing to take. And as for the knowns I genuinely cannot think of one who would be willing to come to the SPL.

Not working out? We judge a manager on trophies, it's not the end of the season yet. If we don't win the spl that's when questions are asked.

So you think we should disrupt the squad harmony half way through the season again and bring in a fresh manager? Even though any half decent manager wouldn't touch us! That's not how football works.

Europe? Were crap in Europe because we don't have European quality players, unless Lennon is given a good amount of money you can't really blame him.

You would be happy with a completely unknown manager? Jesus.

He lost ONE GAME OF FOOTBALL, what do you mean brutal? We won 4-0 last game, were you calling for his head then?

I believe it was Lennon's tactical incompetence that lost us the game today.

We totally dominated the 1st half, and then failed to come back on to the pitch for the 2nd!

And Forster should make him company on the way out. Never saw poorer gk positioning in my entire life!

Idont know what Lennon needs to do to take some of the blame then.. we do have a good enough team there...certainly a good enough team to beat the huns.. why didnt we?? cos as usual Lennon * with the squad..persists on zonal marking...the list goes on..

Ok give him to the end of the season...ive said that too... but after watching St Johnstone..Sion & that today...well someone wake me up when the season is over...

Why do people have so much faith in Lennon making a complete turnaround with his tactics etc?? where does this faith come from?? why in Lenny do they trust?? its all nonsense!!

& to answer someone else no he isnt a Celtic legend.. he was part of a Legendary team & had a job in that team & did it well.. Celtic Legend is taking it a bit far!

    Agree 100%

To get rid of him now would of course be daft. But questions need to be asked and once again he got his tactics wrong. So many people on here seem to have this notion that "we are a better team" than rangers who are oh so terrible. It is nonsense. Lennon will get to the end of the season and I hope he turns it around, but based on what I have seen thus far Im not sure where this is coming from

An unknown manager to ME yes...as jansen was...as long as he had a similar record & regard .

I dont and didnt want a complete rookie in charge of us because of who he is & the team he played in.

Same goes for Larsson..Sutton.. Petrov etc ...if they cut there teeth elsewhere (ala lambert) then im all for taking them on as manager..

Giving them the job straight off the bat to please some of our fans...NO!

    Same story with Lennon.

If your happy beating Motherwell 4-0 then getting beat 4-2 by a pish huns team at the bigotdome then your a happy man today..

    im not!

He can take blame, calling for his head is out of order. The team today didn't give a monkeys and that for me in my opinion was the reason we failed.

Yeh give him to the end of the season, last season we lost the league by 1 point, beating rangers many times. Any other season and we would have won. His tactics seemed work last year.

Wake you up? Then sell your shirt and don't attend a game again, you either always support them or you don't at all.

His legendary status is based on people's opinion, for me he is a legend but that doesn't take anything away from the point, if it isn't working by the end of the seasons questions will have to be asked.

I never said I was happy, I'm just not going sick and having a knee-* reaction over a result.

Oh right ok so one manager we had was unknown and it worked alright for him so let's do that again! Mon was a proven manager and it worked better for him, same with strachen.

I was amazed he didnt sub him for Ledley. One of a number of weird aspects.
