    EDIT* Happy at the news the Record has been blackballed. When they print a * apology and offer to do a few 'exclusives' with Lennon to make up for it, I hope the Club tell them to take a * to themselves.

    If all aspects of the sectarian divide are united to try and take the stigma out of the hatred with the government talks including police and other institutions, this shows just how far behind the game the Daily Record really are.

    Quite right to ban the * and i want that bitter hun Jackson sacked along with his boss Traynor who is responsible for this disgraceful story going to print as the sports editor.

    How many stories has jackson twisted and invented to suit his bigoted agenda against Celtic it is now becoming so blatantly obvious it's ridiculous and his editor who enjoys a glass of fine wine along with his succulent lamb allows them to be printed is just as blatant with his own headlines on his repoting of Celtic stories is just a buffoon.

    I would also have been happier if Peter Lawell had come out and made this statement rather than simply a Celtic Spokesperson but happy that we have issued this reponse. :50:

    You should have heard those two *,Hugh Keevins and Mark Guidi,who are employed by that * rag trying to defend that headline on clyde super scoreboard earlier today.Keevins basically said theres nothing wrong with it because its only asking a simple question because Lennon is hated and so now is the taxman.
    Every decent Celtic supporter should boycott that scum paper and the supporters groups ie Association and Registered etc should make statements in favour of that.

    i hope everybody on here is submitting a complaint to the scottish goverment. and lets see what the snp will do with this, after all they've been touting this new law and this is a great chance to put there promise's into action. but sadly i don't hold out much chance of any action. this will have to be forced by us the voters

    We need fresh blood in Scottish football journalism. Guys like Speirs that can obtain an iota of optimism whilst reporting on as even a keel as possible. Not dinosaurs like Traynor and Keevins, why should we be listening to their opinions? Completely dismissive and without any grasp of reality.
