A couple of interesting names there, Makaay and Klose being the most interesting. I'd go for Klose before Makaay, but really what is the chances of us actually landing one of them? Slim to none i'd have thought, unfortunately.

i heard a wee rumour (supposedly from celtic park i know i know) that wgs caught wee riordan sniffin a bit of the white stuff and thats how he is not playing him and that hes gettin the punt at the end of the season

Personally i dont beleive it as it sounds utter * but the guy who told me does know ppl at CP so whats the score anyone heard anything or is my mate talkin through a hole in his ...ahem

 

g.d i read somewhere reports linking wgs with geordies report says hes been spotted house hunting there,also report says his wife hates glesga because they canny get peace to do day to day things.

 

Heard that same rumour about Pearson when he wasn't getting a game, or that some player has shagged the manager's daughter. Unless Deeks was doing chaz in the changingrooms at half time I doubt that WGS would ever find out about it.

I just think that Deeks doesn't have the work rate that WGS demands in training as well as games and for him to become a Celtic regular he has to work for it.

 

oh no those two are key players for Celtic fc. without nakamura the game wont be that interesting no more he's the magician.

Yeah i heard that aswell but i think that is why roy makay is out the door! even i munich dont want klose i think sum spanish english and italian teams would want him after all he was the top goal scorer in the world cup in japan and scores on a regular basis at internatonal level. i would love it 2 happn but i really dont see it!

 

Klose's contract runs out summer 2008. so he cant be a bosman.

Yeah i agree! i heard that 2 im sure i posted it sumwere. also the cska moskow keeper is exellent and i think hes 19 or 20.
to b honest i dont think boruc will go at the end of the season maybe the 1 after,

 

its quite funny how angry a lot of you get over this

1. it's in the news of the world, with no quotes and NOTW are notorious for nothing rumours.

2. if he was at villa park watching villa vs arsenal, hes been linked with arsenal for ages, and they need a new keeper maybe just maybe he was watching them.

and anyway if it was to join villa i would be delighted, good keeper. We maybe a 'third rate * english team', but the intentions are not to be that next season, local media reckon we are getting about 6 players in the summer with bellamy nailed on, if we get 5 or 6 carew, bellamy, laursen, barry standard players i can see why a player like boruc would be interested in us.

 

why the * would you try to sniggle Boruc when you have a good goalie in Sorensen plus Bellamy will go to us before even considering playing for villa hes had a taste o the champs league and villa dont play there.

 

surely its about time we snapped up robbie keane ffs . make him captain and watch him go in the big games in europe with JVOH, two intelligent big game players who will perfectly compliment each other and give us loads of movement and options.

also what about signing rui costa for a season, i know hes old but christ hed control that midfield and get us flowing for one last season of CL football, his quality on the the ball in the last 3rd with tommy g supporting him would be class in europe with either bellars or robbie making intelligent runs in the channels

i also believe stephen kelly would be a quality signing at right full, ian harte at left back for his distrubution if nothing else...also chris burke looks a great wee player as an out and out right winger as a different option to naka

 

If we'd ever sign Keane, why would we make him captain? Giv it to Mick, he's a true Celt.
And why look at Burke? He's at Rangers, and plus he's on a new 3 or 4 year contrct.

 

cause maybe robbie is euro CL CLASS UNLINKE LENNY for a start and burke is is a * great little player ...reminds me of of a young right footed duffer ... i love mick btw hes a true captain and a horse of a man .. id walk to hells gates with mick and take them on lol

 

Well even if he is CL class, he shouldnt get the armband as soon as he comes, we probably cant afford his wages.
I like Burke as well, but there's no chance that gers wouldsell him, especially to us.
