    I can only agree with the fact that he has a great team in front of him, which often allows little to be required of him.

    However, he's probably the most adept keeper in the world, in terms of having the ball at his feet. Everyone has an off night.

    He isn't overrated, but you could say he's lost it.

    His greatest strength was always his otherworldly close control, while dribbling at an incredible pace. He's lost that pace now and he doesn't stand out incredibly in many other departments. He does have vision and great intelligence on the park though.

    I'd love to see how he adapts his game after his knee injury. Would love to see him back to his best.

    Surprised some people think Bale is so over rated. He was absolutely outstanding last season, and not sure if he won any awards or not but he was one of the best players in the Premiership last season, and in Europe he was outstanding, had the likes of Maicon in his back pocket. Sure the money that was being talked about for him was a joke (but when do papers ever talk sense...£7m for Forrest, £8m for Ki are examples)

    Bale is an awesome player, granted he had a slower end to the season because of a few injuries but still absolutely oustanding and still such a young lad.

    Basically any player that plays in Engerland or is English, Rooney - still commentators say he is up there with Messi and Ronaldo, away and boil yir heid.

    Ashley Cole - no way in * the best LB in the world as english commentators say he is.

    Torres - now showing how much he relied on Gerrard.

    Ibrahimovic and kuyt-convinced kuyt is made of wood !! I know ibrahimovic has scored alot of great goals but everytime i have seen him play he adds nothing to the team,lazy * !!
