    I see some other AIK supporters have already found their way over here and provided you with some information regarding Bangura and what the Swedish media are reporting. Regardless, I thought I would contribute with my thoughts on this.

    As AIK already said a few posts above, Mohammed Bangura has been stellar for us since he arrived a bit more than a year ago. I certainly can see how some of you may be a bit skeptical seeing how the previous player you bought from us, Jos Hooiveld, turned out to not hold up to the expectations. I don't think that will be the case with Bangura. The Swedish league is generally better defensively than offensively, it's easier to shine as a defender than as an offensive player. That might be the reason why Hooiveld looked so good at AIK but couldn't deliver at Celtic Park.

    We AIK fans knew that we wouldn't be able to keep Bangura much longer, most of us just hoped he would finnish the campain with us at least and then move in the January transfer window. I have always had a soft spot for Celtic, like may other AIK supporters, ever since Johan Mjällby signed for you so now when bangura leaves at least he leaves for a proper club and with great supporters. I saw that some youtube videos of Bangura already have been posted and thought I'd add another one. His goal againts Gothenburg a few weeks back that shows some of his qualities. His strength, technique and flair.

    Does noone else use NewsNow? It's basically what everyone is looking at rolled in to one...not spankwire though obviously, although that would probably make me visit it even more regularly.
