    be nice to have robbie keane and bellamy and mcgeady also.

    talking about walking into the team,would skippy be in our first eleven if he returned tomorrow?

    its a strange one the skippy one

    personally i dont like the player,but we know he can get alot of goals at this level. he can also score in europe against good sides. because he hasnt hit the ground running in england,i expect his value to have dropped.

    he's had his injurys down there,joined a team in full transformation,played under two managers in two years,but seemed to have started the season of well.

    id be confident he would get around 20 goals given his fair share of games if he signed for celtic this season.

    im still the only one to mention shay given.

    to be honest i really wanted to sign given and shane long this transfer window.

    long now looks a bargin at 4.5 million.

    Pearson has just been transfer listed by Derby - always thought that, on his day, he looked like a player. Perhaps he could have made it if given the chance but I guess we'll never know.

    As for the best ex-Celts still playing, no brainer really; Boruc, McGeady, Petrov. I did love big Bobo as well and he didn't half do a job at times!

    Skippy & Robson also contributed a lot during their spells with the club, as did Naka.

    Others still playing as well include the mecenaries that are the Millers (must be something in the name) but seeing as we're talking about the best they wouldn't even get close!
