Greatest fans or most fickle?

oh i remember the 90`s pal! if you think loseing to a wee guff team like that the day is acceptable ? then you are lost i think.

We've had to watch Rangers win the league 3 seasons in a row despite having much less financial backing, we have witnessed us lose to Ross County in a cup final, two seasons ago we had to witness Rangers romp the league with months still to play, Celtic went on to win no trophies.

Last season we went out of Champs league against a team we could on paper have beat, followed by a Europa league exit, now this season comes along and we find ourself facing another European exit at the first hurdle, losing at home to St Johnstone this season and allowing Rangers a slight lead and better goal difference.

I think our fans have been very patient mate, it's all very well coming out with your "Like it or * off" points, every Celtic fan is entitled to a view of their team when they pay good money to watch us lose to a team who to be honest would struggle in the English league one.

 

Not acceptable but more acceptable than the vile abuse our players receive.

 

If you go down fighting and playing well fine but you cant defend that display today totally spineless .

I remember the 90's, it was depressing, except for 97/98, but it was a disgrace today. I'm no spoiled brat, but I expect Celtic to beat St Johnstone at home, especially since they hadnt scored all season.

 

If people at the game pay their money then they are entitled to their opinion .

 

I'm not saying we shouldn't moan, I'm just as * off and angry. But some things in other threads that have been posted are well OTT.

We're all Celtic fans here Padraig.But * me our last 2 results are shambolic. If money isnt spent we could be in for 4 in a row.Do you want that?Dont ignore the problems. We have plenty of money.But we're always tring to keep 1 millimetre ahead of the huns. That means spending * all and hoping for the best. We're a huge club.Its about time we raised our ambitions a bit, spend money on quality, put der hun into oblivion and started making our mark in Europe again. A few years ago AC Milan and the likes shat thamselves at CP FFS.

honesty is great, im honest when it comes to Celtic in Europe, but sorry if you disagree, but i think you'l find that a strong majority of support would expect us to be able to count on 1 hand the amount of losses we have in a season.

We have the occasional lose, and the occasional draw ... but this shouldnt be happening at parkhead.

We pay good money to follow the team. Season tickets. 2 new strips this year, programmes, pies, bovril, merchandise. It goes towards the wages of the over-paid prima donnas.

I take it if you had a * day at work, your boss, and managing director would come up to you, pat you on the shoulder and tell you it was ok???????? No, they'd go through you like a ton of bricks
