Consecutive wins in a domestic league season.

    25 Celtic (2003-04)
    22 Psv Eindhoven (1987)
    17 Floriana ( 1961-62) (Malta)
    16 Inter (2006-?)
    15 Real Madrid (1960-61)
    15 Bayern Monaco (2005)
    14 Arsenal (2002)
    14 Barcelona (2005-06)
    13 Preston North End (1891-92)
    13 Sunderland (1891-92)
    13 Tottenham (1960)
    13 Bayern Monaco (1981)

On Skysports Celtic, PSV and Floriana don't exist :38:

I am shocked and appauled. It had to be one of the "big names" to top the list.

I'm not surprised they missed out Floriana, though.

Both Bayern Munich and Monaco have won 13 games in a row.

If it's even why are they 30 points ahead of you's?

    Even with the points deficit?

And Pippo is injured. Unlucky :p

Having watched him in La Liga this season, I would be worried about his overall fitness, commitment and desire.

and 15 games in a row, what copycats :37:

also I won't watch or read Sky Sports News because they seem intent to drag Celtics name through the mud, saying they haven't got a hope at home because of Kaka and such, *!

I think Sky would have know about Celtic and PSV when findign out all the stats. I just think they only wanted it to show the big leagues. It is much easier for a team to take a higher ammount of wins in a row from a historically 2/3 horse league than a league thats much stronger.

A few stats I also found:

In England Most consecutive wins -

    14 Joint -
    Sweden:

    23 - Malmö FF (1949–50)

Source Wikipedia, Im sure if you dig for an eternity you would find more teams that are around the 15- 20 games mark. Though they would all be from lesser leagues.

Our squads ar enothing close to even, Inter are twice as good as us, we just have a better manager.
