    1. We weren't wearing the hoops last night.
    2. When you are sent off, you must head down the tunnel. You cannot sit with the rest of the team.

    Apart from that... ! :icon_mrgreen:

Dan made a mistake, tried to get back and sort it, and brought the lad down. Yes we went down to 10 men, yes it made it difficult. But at 2-1 we were still in it and looked more likely to score and win. Until Ki made his error and then gave us no chance. But i don't see many threads or comments saying get Ki to * or he should never play again. All players make mistakes. Big Dan was a part of a defence that kept a clean sheet record last season, now some calling for Loovens and Rogne after saying they were bombscares, inexperienced etc. What next Rafael Scheidt ? I would still like us to sign another CB but think some reactions to last night were extreme.

Ki's had his fair share of abuse for last night Col (and rightly so).

That said, and as terrible as his mistake was, you also have to put it into the context of having played in a midfield for 80 mins with 10 men and only 1 sub being added.

There would have been a fair bit of mental / physical exhaustion playing it's part in his brain-fart!

And that... in a nutshell... is Dan's fault!

We have said it many times before now - he cannot deal with high balls, nor can he cope with being run at at pace. It almost always ends in him taking the opposition player down. Last nights cluster-* was his costliest yet though!

It's not for their benefit, I just don't want him to be near the first team for a while, he let down his team last night. It's not like the youngsters will become like him cos he trains with them :87:

Majostorivc, what a fecking idiot. i know we'll replace him next season...i want it to happen immediately. he's been pish poor during preseason and during the start of the season. * against St Johnstone and * against Sion. hope Lennon sees him for what he is.

Mulgrew and K. Wilson are the real partnership in the middle of defence we all new should have happened for the season start. for me Majstorovic has dropped below Mulgrew, K. Wilson, Rogne and even Hooiveld and Loovens.

My blood pressure went through the roof last night, just sat down with a beer to watch the game, a couple of minutes later we're a goal and a man down :38:

I honestly don't know how anyone can excuse Maj after what happened last night. I see some people on here saying "everyone makes mistakes" and he was " the mainstay of the record-breaking defence last year" and "he brought stability" but they must have their head in the sand. I don't want to be an "I told you so" * but he's been a liability for a long time. As long as the play is in front of him and he's got a lot of time, he's reasonable, but so should anyone be. For every really good defensive play he's made, I can point out one short back-pass, missed tackle, *-up header, or getting caught out of position. As far as I'm concerned, he's in there by default but now I'd rather have Mulgrew, Loovens, Rogne or M. Wilson (in that order) ahead of him. Likening his lunacy last night to Ki's *-up for the third is * ridiculous.

We should actually terminate his contract. (or free transfer if anyone is stupid enough, Sally?) He is way past it and we dont need him picking up a wage here. Im basing this on the end of last season ans the start of this one. Not just last night.

Mulgrew, Wilson, Rogne, Loovens, Hoveild, Toshney and O'Dea(on-loan) are all ahead of him.

No disrespect to the big man as he seems like a nice guy but the only way he can repay Celtic fans for his mistake is to accept us terminating his contract and not looking for compensation.

Made two terrible decisions last night, his positioning for the long ball was wrong and then he dived in what I can only assume was to attempt to block a shot(in doing so he sold himself and clattered the guy). After a minute he virtually ended our chances. For a player of experience or even any player at any level it was unacceptable.

    * idiot, it completely ruined the game for us. If we had a plan, it was gone after less than a minute. Can't believe how someone can make such a stupid decision and leave the team with ten men for whole game. If Forster didn't come out on time, he should've just let the player shoot as it's a better solution than being left with 10 players and conceding a penalty.

It wasn't entirely his fault we lost, but * sake it had major impact.

I hope Majstorovic doesn't start on Sunday.

If Thomas Rogne is fit I would put him in at centre-half. If Rogne isn't fit, I would play Kelvin Wilson - Mulgrew at centre-half with Adam Matthews at left-back.

Majstorovic will be a regular starter until the end of the season, I'd guarantee that much. Just like Samaras will start in every single Old Firm game this season and the tactics will be long balls from Mulgrew to Samaras for flick ons... playing right into the Huns hands. Lennon seems to think Majstorovic is Vidic and Samaras is John Carew.
