I voted no- because we will lose our focus in the SPL race if the likes of Atlethico Madrid batter us.
Our confidence plunges when we come back from Europe.
It is out my system- so hopefully out of the players too!!
Big fine from UEFA coming - I hope!!! Maybe one they can't afford then they go out of business- that would be a better lesson for them to learn.

I hear what ur saying mate, but do you not think that if we played against tougher teams it would force us to step up our game a bit, make the spl matches seem not as difficult? I dont think our confidence would take that big a hit, group stages are usually more relaxed than play-offs. Also the coefficient would take a hit and we would have to play 3 qualifiers to get into the champions league in 2 years time. Plus im sure alot of our current players are with us due to lure of European football, and i think our fans deserve to have european nights back at parkhead. Its also revenue we could really do with.

Just a few thinks to think about:50:

The more I read about this the less enthusiastic I become on getting back in.

If Blatter & Platini both agree so much then just * them out already and be done with it. :54:

I am pretty sure if we were going to be back in it would have been decided by now.

No doubt we will get pumped anyway but would still rather get a few big home games and hopefully a bit of money rather than nothing

so what if we did get pumped away fi cp but i bet at cp bangura:notworthy: Hooper:notworthy:and our new left back(The Nutter):notworthy:will run riot and the rest off the bhoys too,ffs we've got a cracking squad now,i'd say a draw or a win against madrid at parkheed would do me and wins over rennes and udinese too at home so 6-9points would do easy anyway.....

    SION OUT CELTIC IN!!:50:

    and IT WILL HAPPEN!!:50:

there's a legal process that needs to be followed to ensure that whatever the decision that's made is waterproof and cannot be appealed in a different court by Sion.

I'd be very suprised if we're not back in.

Pretty sure that Atlético and the others wouldn't accept to face your "cracking" 2nd pot squad instead of our 4th pot mediocre Swiss countryside club. If Celtic got back in, a redraw would have to be arranged.

    * knows what they would do now the draws been made. This is UEFA we're talking about, they make it up as they go along.

Same argument I made here a couple of days ago. Maybe I should bill my time spent on this to Blatter.

I doubt it. Atletico, Udinese and Rennes (and even Celtic, if we say our group is unfair and we want a redraw) wont have a say in it. It'll be in UEFA's terms and conditions that the groups are subject to change at their discretion. Not to mention fixtures have been announced, games have been picked for TV and fans have arranged travel; there wont be a redraw.

If we get back into Europe i'm sure the other teams would much have preferred to go to Sion than play at a hopefully full Celtic Park!!

i doubt there would be a re-draw, too many things would have to change e.g. games on tv, fans travelling arrangements etc. would be far better if it was just a straight swap celtic in sion out. yeah youd get a harder group but thats just luck of the draw.

I'd take that no problem.Without their ineligible players i'd be confident of beating them at a neutral venue.Seems the fairest option aswell

As i have said many times before----if you want to prove you are the best in europe , you need to beat the best of teams in europe.....If we get through then the teams we are playing at at high quality,no doubt and there are even better teams in other groups...........
    ..........
..............* that * ,wanting to play easier teams.....Do it and do it properly,* sick of people wanting easy teams to go all the way
