Fortuna Düsseldorf are bound for the Bundesliga. Leading Hertha 4:2 on aggr with 30 mins to go in the play-off

Not so fast, Hertha pull one back and need just one more goal in the last 5 minutes plus stoppage to stay up. And there will be a lot of stoppage, cause of flares thrown on to the pitch.

LOL at the Fortuna vs Hertha game.

Fortuna up 2-1 with 1 min left to go. Fans invade the pitch and the ref has stopped the game. Don't think they will play again tonight. I can see Hertha winning 3-0 because of this.

How fu cking stupid are they...

the squad has worked it's * off for over a season and won't succeed because some idiots can't wait for 60 more seconds...

I think they'll play the final minute once everyone's back in the stands, have to wait and see.

Some idiots were already taking pieces of turf with them.

Hertha fans caused disturbance too earlier in the second half, when they threw flares as well.

Hertha players still not returned. A bit cheap if they'll refuse to come out.

After a lot of confusion Hertha came out to play the final minute, but nothing of note happened and Fortuna go up.

Gladbach have some serious rebuilding to do in the summer. The top three have raided their best players in defence, midfield and attack.

    Nordtveit---Mariga
    Herrmann---Arango---Hoilett
    Pizarro

Mariga would be the only one that would cost, but could probably be brought in on loan.

Reus is great but £15m plus Hoilett & Pizarro would be great business. Spend some of the £15m on a quality centre half and they would be sorted for the UCL.

Is he good enough to go straight into the team though?

Seen a few of Basel's UCL games this season but I can't say I know much about him.

There was all sorts of * going on at the Dusseldorf-Hertha game, apparently a Hertha player punched the referee and the referee was himself fighting with another player of Hertha after the game. I feel sorry for the normal Dusseldorf and Hertha fans who went to see an important match, instead they got a massive riot.

Xhaka is imo better than Shaqiri, though a complete different type of player, but will bring more to a team in the long run.

have to disagree, Shaqiri was a cut above anyone else at Basel.

Bold statement. Either way, Xhaka sounds like a good signing. Hope Gladbach can build on last season.

My next door neighbour supports them and he doesn't seem too confident. Will be interesting to see how it pans out for them.

With Reus and Dante they are losing two excellent and important players. Hopefully they will be able to close the gap they are leaving behind with new players.

Xhaka has everything a decent CM needs. it all depends on his attitude - if he remains levelheaded, he could have a great career. If he chooses the path of fame, it's gonna be difficult for him...
