I was encouraged by the game, sure it's a loss, but when Stokes, Hooper and the Derry Pele came on we had one of the world's best defences on the ropes, and were unlucky not to get a goal

Thought maloney and samaras gave us nothing the entire game, sammy was hanging back too much

Though Cha had a great game, if mark wilson gets picked ahead of cha in the coming weeks i shall be very suprised.

 

Good performance all round i thought regardless of the score, made a good few chances and if it wasnt for inters keeper (and ours) the result couldve been so different.
Anyway a good workout........ inter are dirty * btw especially motta and samuel.

The minute Hooper and Stokes came on the game changed, Maloney and Samaras where * *!!! Charlie Mulgrew was MOTM for me.

 

The officials were dire, absolutely *

Yea I have to agree there mate - surely thats the point of having a good squad ? If one plays badly then give the other player a chance - however I agree Cha was excellent today !

 

This was a quality side we were up against,one of the best in the world IMO,Ithought we done well in the first half until that horror goal,but lets be honest we are nowhere near able to compete with that class.We still cant deal with the high ball over the top of defence. Samaras had two good chances but he has to go.Maloney must have touched the ball at least 10 times before Lenny realised he was pish and hooked him.This guy must be sold and off the wage bill.That was near enough our first team that played out ther today and in my honest opinion Ithink we are good enough to win the SPL if we get rid of the dross like Maloney, Sammy,Glenda etc.We will do * all in Europe unless we bring in what every one on this forum agrees we need...A decent goalie,Acommanding centre back,and a big target man.We have full backs now who can bomb forward against the best and get the ball over but to no one,although Izzys distribution was poor today.Matthews can fair take a long throw in,but again no good to us if theres no one there to challenge up front.Come on Lenny get the finger out and gived us what we need

 

thought it was a brilliant performance, if it wasnt for their keeper we would have won quite comfortably which is good going against inter milan...

Thought Mulgrew, Brown, Cha and Kayal all played really well, Mulgrew's delivery is excellent and it was a phenominal pass for Sammys 1st attempt.

Bonner said at the end that Celtic are going to have to stick with Zaluska now. That we've tried to sign Forster and Given but now we'll have to stick with Zaluska. I seriously hope that's not the case. He does have a point. We're into our season now. We need a * keeper!!!!
