Hopefully the fact we are taking strikers on trial will give him a kick up the * but i would rather see that famous Hooper & Stokes partnership for atleast 1 more season :')

Imo the guy has the potential to be a very good player but is far too inconsistent. So i think we should sell and bring in a more effective target man who will be reliable backup for stokes/hooper

I'd like to see him stay and be useful...anyway, its ridiculous to say he cost us the SPL. He took an average penalty and McGregor made a good save, but to telescope the whole season into that moment is ridiculous-we dropped other points at other times that hurt us just as badly.

Not his biggest fan although if Hooper or Stokes get injured we don't have a replacement. Murphy isnt up to it I fear. keep him until we get another genuine striker. we need competition for all positions.

His biggest fault for me is a complete lack of a footballing brain. He is strong and fast, and occasionally scores some nice goals after employing his pace on one of his meandering runs.

But, and it's a big *, he often turns into trouble - tonight was a prime example - he did it almost the second he was on the pitch. When he's on his meandering runs he doesn't seem to be able to see past his hair - I have witnessed him just run out pitch before, like he didn't see the white line ahead of him; his finishing is woeful - again tonight he tries to side-foot a shot, which he should be trying to put his knee over and laces through, but whether it's his brain or his physique that's the problem i'm not sure; actually it's probably both. He doesn't get into the box enough for a big guy and his heading isn't great for a big chap either.

He is fine for a few cameos in the SPL, I'm positive he could win some games for us. His impact in the Ran^&rs games were good, ideal in fact, when up against old Wier, but as a club trying to push for titles and a bit of respectability in Europe, for both ourselves and the country's coefficient, we need a higher calibre of player.

I quite like the guy as a person, but he infuriates me when he's on the pitch, because you are just waiting for him to *-up, and he has done it so many times the crowd are always ready to get on his back.

Saying all that, I wouldn't sell him until we get a replacement.

He's gonna have to be a lot more consistent that is his norm but in the absence of a good striker I guess we have to keep him. More important in my eyes though is the centreback position. Majstorovic is an accident waiting to happen - he's a big guy no doubt but takes some stupid risks. Maybe that's why Neil wants Wanyama in that area - thought he played well tonight.

I like the big guy but he is very frustrating, I would keep him unless we can get a more consistent player onboard. He's probably one of the best players in the SPL for ability but the fact that he is the most inconsistent player ever makes him a passenger at times.
