agree with you, also dont forget he chose to come to celtic when he had other offers from england and other clubs, he was close to go to brescia in the winter and he said he wanted to stay here, he deserves atleast a chance he hasnt had here

Agree 100% mate! theres been alot going on in the background with him over the months but what a player he will be for us! He's turning it on for Mexico at right back just now and showing alot of commitment! I really hope that over the last few months that he's been out the team, he's grasped the celtic feeling and is really determined to force his way back into the side! A like the guy also and a still think neil does too!

Wilson's already proven himself in Europe over the years by putting in top performances against some top teams. He's worth a * of a lot more to Celtic than Juarez.

It hasn't worked out for him, i would say it's more to do with his off-field activities rather than a lack of ability.

Juarez has done absolutely nothing to prove he is worth a start in the first team...

Just like any signing there is an element of risk attached, a player coming from north America would need time to acclimatize but it would seem there is more to it than that, we don't see the guy in training and it could be his attitude is not to Lenny's liking.

What about his performances against Braga, at home against Utrecht and St.Mirren at the start of the season?

Other than play fairly well when he's been on the pitch (excluding the game v Motherwell away)

Anyway, Juarez hasn't been playing. It's either that there are simply players in front of him in the managers plans that have been playing well or that there are off field reasons that's making Lennon leave him out.

He has ability, now it's his time to show it if he stays.

I don't understand any stick toward Lennon on not playing Juarez... Who was he to replace? Take Kayal's minutes? Ki's? Ledley's? Commons? Mark Wilson's? I think it's crazy. He's a decent young player, but he's not yet up for taking any of their jobs. Maybe if he's patient and stays at Celtic he'll get his shot.

I thought he was going to be a great player for us and because I was working in Mexico at the time, was really chuffed someone from there was joining the club. I got his name on both the home and away strips.......so was gutted when he never really made his mark.

I hope he gets the chance this season, I think he's the the ability but not sure he has the attitude to convince Lenny he's the man to fill a midfield role.

    You missed Brown out ,
Jaurez played Centre Mid with Kayal in the first 7-8 games and both were a revelation and dominated every team they came up against ,all the while Brown was itching to get back in after injury but how could he when the team was playing so well ,Jaurez got a knock and Brown was straight in at Centre Mid ,,I remember a good few on here saying it was'nt the same and Celtic were struggling in the Midfield and Brown was getting it in the ear but Lennon stuck by him although Jaurez was ready to comeback .

It worked out well for Brown and Lennon when Jaurez was called away for Mexico but all the while Brown was * at Centre Mid but hey ho he played for Scotland on the wide right position and people were saying thats were he should be ,Forrest gets injured and Brown is moved out wide and Commons is signed ,so it was obvious that Brown was'nt classed by Lennon as a Centre Mid but then Forrest is fit but can't get back in the team ,In my view Brown is the weak link in that team but for whatever reason he holds down a position which others are better at ,we have not seen Jaurez or Forrest playing X amount of games because the manager rates Brown more than those 2 ,,,i dont . What happens next season if Brown is'nt rated out wide ,,who's position is next on the line.

We found browns best performance were when he wasn't in the heart of the engine room.I feel with Juarez battle qualities like brown could do a job rm in shoring up the mid like brown does

If he's not going to get games, then we need to cash in on a good Gold Cup.

Personally I think it comes across as an attitude thing.

My feeling is that he was signed with the intention of playing regulary & getting games in Europe, neither happened & he went in a huff.

Lenny obviously doesn't rate him higher than Brown, Ledley, Kayal or Ki.

Best to sell him, for all concerned.

I thought he was going to be brilliant & I thought he was waaay better than Brown - but I'm not the Manager.

quality player who will only get better.

For me, he's not being considered because his covering awareness is not that of Ledleys. You just have to look at the last few games when Ledley didn't play. When Izzy bombed forward, Ledley would cover for it, but since he went out injured, Izzy was still bombing forward, but nobody was covering like Ledley would have.

Juarez has had a tough year, being suspended from the Mexican squad etc.. So I'd like to see him get another year to prove himself.

For what it's worth, here's my Meixcan buddys opinion on Juarez and Aldo

Who would you have played him instead of?

He got a chance v Aberdeen and did hee haw.

Wilson, Kayal and Ledley were all superb this season.
