    If I played for Celtic and they came in for me I would go and ive had a season ticket for 11 years! nobody could turn down the chance to play for one of the top 5 teams on the planet with a chance of winning the Champions League to stay and play the likes of Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell, St Mirren and Kilmarnock :54:

    I think this is probably bullshit but if he does go then we must demand at least 10 million. The premiership think they can take our players for buttons then we can't replace them with our budget.

    It's started as a bit of * stirring and gathered moss. I don't see Lawwell sanctioning a sale of the boy for any less than 8 or 9 mill, possibly more. He's one year into a 3 yr deal (4 maybe?) so we hold the aces. His value will only go up if he keeps playing well. If not, we're still not going to lose out on him.

    I've got feeling the so-called 'development' of this story is simply a reconstruction of the same initial interview.

    Every 'update' seems to be telling us what we've already heard, ie. there is perhaps nothing beyond his initial claim that Utd enquired about him and a 'meeting' was 'arranged' for July.

    Yet since then he appears to have intimated his satisfaction with staying put and Lennon has maintained that he is looking to put him on an improved contract. Now that could be a ploy to increase the transfer fee.......but it could also be what it says it is.

    There is probably nothing to report here at all.
