yeah, because I'm from Virginia, but my dad is from Pennsylvania, I kinda have a non descript american accent but everyonce in a while, I'll let a bit of southern accent slip through.

Same here but with a upstate new york blend with it. But I do not have a southern draw. From my part of Virginia we do not have a draw like down in Richmond. Its a weird mix of DC,Maryland, and Virginia. Its quite fast.

I'm from the South, but haven't lived there in years, so I have this weird thing where I use Southern words and phrases but have just the standard American accent.

I don't know what my accent sounds like. It is probably a typical American accent.

No its still the Browns who are successful because of legal action that meant even after Modell stole the Browns from Cleveland the history and the rights to the franchise still resided with the city. Although in recent memory they have been anything but successful

I say NOVA the three WV Counties and three MD Counties should become its own state since we have enough people and many places for a good government even though the rest of VA will suffer without us.

You may think that, but the rest of the state would be just fine without Northern Virginia. Yes, we may not get the revenue of NoVa, however we'd also not have to sink all the tax money into NoVa only to have NoVa keep crying for more and more

The Tidewater region generates a really large amount of money with all the military presence, so I don't think it would really be a huge issue.

Yea and when the Colts left Baltimore they took the records with them so Baltimore (Ravens) started from scrach with all records like an expansion team.

    Too funny.

I hope you've enjoyed the past couple years of Rex Ryan and co. taking over the town. The future is green indeed. Maybe the Gmen can make the playoffs this year for a change :bbpd:

Riverdale is the northwestern tip of the Bronx and is probably the nicest part. JFK lived there for some period of his life. City Island is a small fishing village which is nice as well.

Generally it's a rough enough borough, some housing projects that are pretty bad, some areas here and there that are quiet.

Man Im loving this Giants Jets argument going on. Rex Ryan is a joke and needs to shut his mouth.

Rex talks the talk, but he walks the walk. Any player in the NFL would love to play for him. The Patriots went 14-2 this year, the Jets were one of the two teams to beat them in reg season. Patriots were the highest scoring team I think in NFL regular season history. We went into Foxboro and beat them again in the AFC Divisional playoff. To be a Wild Card team two years on the trot, play only on the road, and get to the AFC title game back to back is no small feat.

Anyway, Jets play the Giants this year on Christmas Eve, regular season game. We shall see. In the words of Bart Scott: "CAN'T WAIT!!!"
