Maybe when he has worked up a bit of stean but I reckon Hooper would be quicker over 10 yards or so.

Sammy and Hoopers' acceleration is similar pace, Sammy much faster overall.

agree with you but still think Lennon will need to adjust how his team plays in away games to the likes of Motherwell and ICT, silky football doenst reap many rewards away to them.

Reports here in Israel are indicating this is all but done, 2 milion pounds is the fee that was agreed between Celtic and Petah-Tikva's boss in the meeting that included Omer's agent Dudu Dahan and all came to an understanding, atleast on the major parts.

Doubt i'll jinx the move as it seems imminent & only depends on agreeing with the player himself and medicals - so congratulations fellas, will be even more interesting for me to follow Celtic next season.:50:

Here you go m8, as always the translation is way off - but in general it says both sides came to an understanding and an agreement on the fee(2milion pounds), and Damari should be a Celtics player in the next 48 hours.

    http://translate.google.co.il/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=iw&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=iw&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.one.co.il%2FArticle%2F182191.html&act=url

(It's being reported in both the rival sports sites so it's probably coming directly from Petah-Tikva's boss's mouth, and is pretty reliable.)

Good news if true. I have faith in Lenny and our scouting team, so hopefully we've found another wee gem here, someone who'll get us 20+ goals a season, along with Stokes and Hooper.

I would really love to see this guy at Celtic, blistering pace & a cool finisher.

£2m is a good price & he comes recommended by Kayal himself.

Still need a target man upfront though, Boothroyd maybe?

Wanyama sounding like a done deal, which is also great business at £1m.

Then just GK, CB & punt about 8 or 9 players, as well as keeping Kayal, Brown & Emilio.

would be a great transfer window if all this happens. wouldn't mid cover for Izaguirre in the form of Wallace. cheeky 500k and see what Hearts do. all depends who is leaving and for how much.

Yes he's a great young player right before his big breakthrough season, and has lots of potential in him and loads of talent.

Btw the deal atleast according to one report is 2 milion pounds for 70% of his rights, which makes more sence as they demanded 2.5 before.. still need to close the final details but unless something suprising happens this is a done deal, thier boss was on the record talking about it as pretty much a done deal.

if this gets done i don't think we'll get another striker in which'll mean we'll miss out on Bothroyd. all depends n who leaves now.

Is he actually that fast? He looks a bit like Samaras when he runs.

In israel 2mil pounds or 3.2mil usd is soooooo much for a player. for example Yossi Benayoun moved from Maccabi Haifa to Racing Santander in 2002 with tag price of 2mil usd.

    About its abilities:
He's a very talented, young, tall and fast Player.
With trust, Confidence and good trainers crew he can be a great player.

and The last news: Celtic will pay 2mil pounds for 70% of his "Player card" ( I dont know How to say it in english).
