Can anyone pick out a game where Scott Brown has took charge and ran the midfield?

He had 1 genuine chance at Celtic i.e. a run of half a dozen games to get up to speed and settled into the squad. That came alongside N'Guemo. He looked and played well yet when Brown came back 50% fit from an ankle injury Crosas was instantly removed to make way for him.

I can remember 1 game where Crosas was bullied, against Bauben and Gomis who were doing it to everyone at the time and I think the stigma stuck from them on.

I would have loved to have seen him next to Kayal.

I know he was only on loan, but what about N'guemo? our best player couple of seasons ago imo, think we could of put a bid in for him or even an extension on his loan.

Am I right in saying that Milan Misun never made a single appearance for Celtic in a competitive match?

If so, it's interesting that he has received so many votes.

Any good work he did was ruined because he kept giving possession away.

Was thinking this myself. I doubt anybody has actually seen him play.

He was rotten, his performance against Ross County was one of the worst I've ever seen.

I don't think N'Guemo was 'rotten'. I'd say 'inconsistent' would be a better description. He did have some stinkers for us but I think he also had a lot of good games.

His best performance was probably in Moscow, he was outstanding that night.

I voted for Crosas, Pearson and Wallace. I always liked them when they played, Pearson and Wallace especially were great attacking players and were both Scottish so I would have loved to see them get more of a chance.

Pearson, Wallace and Zheng Zhi i voted for. As Mel said above, Pearson and wallace were 2 good players, scottish, attacking, great energy and chipped in with a few goals. Zheng Zhi may had quality, but at same time, SPL isnt a league for lightweights and perhaps an away game on cold nights, and poor pitches, he would have gone missing, Doumbe and Caddis were also 2 good players but with Wilson and hinkel in same position, we were well accomodated in that area.

Crosas, Sno and Paul Caddis, were all decent players who may have done well given more opportunity.

Apart from his very first turnout for us, Broto was an excellent keeper, bit on the wee side, but very agile, and great positional sense. I genuinely don't know how Douglas managed to hold him out the team. Stephen Crainey, too was an excellent left back for us and never ever let us down.

Sno was one of the biggest puddins ever to pull on a hoops top

Agreed. I thought he was a very poor player.

As people know I was a WGS fan but one thing I disagreed with was how he treated Deeks. I think WGS was totally wrong to play him wide left. He is grand on the left in a 4-3-3, in the hole or as a 2nd striker but he is never a touchline winger. I think Deeks could have been an absolute star for us, scoring 30 goals a season etc if he had been played as a 2nd striker. Admittedly his lack of any regard for his fitness and strength didnt help either. Some day he will regret it big time because if he had added strength and fitness to his ability he would have been a star. He also has thrown away loads of caps too that he could have had.

when mowbray came in and we toured australia in 2009, misun was all set to be our left back and started 2 or 3 games before doing his cruciate. no one is ever the same after that

You're right, Riordan is a ned. You don't get barred from every nightclub in Edinburgh for nothing.
