I have found if you phone them, they are usless as it is a call centre you deal with not celtic direct, I usually go up when I can, but if I do need to phone I select option 1 then option 2 as that put you throught to celtic park to and they are usually helpful although you do get the odd greeting faced muppet

Never had any problems with the online ticket office. :50: Very easy to use and I wish clubs in Belgium had such a system as well.

My only suggestions would be to include a seating plan where you can actually see what seat is taken so that you can make a deliberate choice (most of the EPL and championship clubs have such a system). E-print tickets should also be made available in all sections.

And by the way, phoning the TO is soooo 20th century...

I did try to phone them once or twice, but I think it is very difficult to understand Glaswegian accents (despite having lived there for a year).

    * myself that I don't have my seat reserved. Do you contact the TO to see if it's been successfully reserved?

The amount of times I have bought tickets and specifically asked for them not to be restricted view and then I end up behind the biggest pole you've ever seen! Pain in the *! Just seems a bit lazy...

Hate the ticket office, hate it. It could and should be made easier for the fans, simple.

I'm a postman and for Celtic to charge u £10 extra for using special delivery is a disgrace because it costs no where near that.

I'll pitch in a good wee story about the TO from today.

Basically im off to Barcelona after the weekend and am pratted for cash because of this, so can't afford to renew my season ticket yet, but thought what the hey, i'll give them a ring and speak to them. Was on hold for about 10 mins, but finally got through, explained that i wanted to renew but can't afford to until payday, and could they hold my seat until then. They did, without any hassle, brilliant service, i expected them to just say "sorry but you need to make a payment today since its the deadline" or something, but they were really helpful, and has made me happy knowing my seat will be waiting for me on my return from Barca.

    Top stuff.

Mate, I, and I expect everyone else, got charged £5.20 'special delivery' for their Scottish Cup final tickets. I don't know about anyone else, but mine got delivered by normal mail...

Must be in the minority but i have never had a problem with the TO (fingers crossed). Been brilliant with me and even a few season ago when they first brought the student season books they phoned my head of department and that to see if i went to that college and that. so much easier than the travelling to ad from with signed forms.
