Yeah, look, can someone please just kill Keane and Bellamy to end this garbage once and for all.............or would we still consider holding a seance to discuss a possible deal ?

Geez, it'll be the same again next window, guaranteed.

(p.s. To any nutcases out there, please don't actually kill them then say I asked you to.....:56:)

Can we not just consider them banned topics, like abortion or something..................?

Its an open forum i thought, surely it isn't a big deal to have this thread going??
Or do you not want too many threads on a forum??

hey im very easy on this staying open craigy tbh. but there isnt much of a lead on us getting him at the moment is there? but if you want it left open and others still want to talk about him? then fair do. and yes this is an open forum and yes you along with all members on here can talk about him. but are you in the thinking we will sign him?

I think there's a possibility he still might sign since there really isn't many other clubs in for him at the moment. You can slate him all you want about whether he wants to come here, but he did score quite a few goals with us in short period of time and seemed to at least enjoy himself while he was here.

There is no chance in us signing him or Bellamy, players that would be happy sitting on a bench still getting £80000 a week is players that i dont want at our club their only hunger is money instead of playing football...

think this may still go to deadline day,
if no offers recieved from elsewhere , he may still come.
    here's hoping

Can this one be put to bed please. Keane has no doubt had ample opportunities to return to Celtic the last couple of years, yet I have never sensed that he actually favours coming back. More that Celtic is a last resort and like Roy Keane, Ian Wright etc. before he just wanted to have worn the jersey a few times before he retired.

At least Shay Given has spoken in recent months that he would like to sign for Celtic. With Keane's current predicament you would think he would have spoken out by now too. Yet nothing.

    Game over I reckon, next......

I honestly hope he doesn't sign for us. We should be building a squad for the future and signing players who can play for us for the next few years and help us reach our goal of getting back into the group stages of the Champions League, if not further. We don't need older players who can offer themselves for a season or two then retire and waste our money.

At least if we sign younger players and they turn out gems and want to leave we move them on for a healthy profit, not spend heaps on high wage demands for a final year or two of a players career and have nothing to show for it.

i'm not sure keane and hoops would be a good pairing...they're a bit too similar. i'd rather a big guy in the pierre van hooijdoonk mould.

Would love him to sign. Better than any striker we have.
