has scored 1 goal in this year's champions league out of the 5 games, Kaka has scored 5 and played 8. Gilardino IS coming into some kind of form, but I still don't think he is that much of a threat.
Inzaghi on form is a nuisance, always on the edge of the defence - more often than not getting caught offside though!

 

You've probably answered this a lot of times, but who do you think is replacing Nesta in the game?

Gilardino is one of Italy's best strikers IMO. Kaka is lethal in front of goal, don't get me wrong, but I think Gilardino will give Mick and... (O'Dea?) a problem.

 

Why not, after all if Rangers think they can win the Uefa Cup and they are a wee diddy team then we can win the big boys competition?

 

I agree Gilardino is a talent, but I think that Mick is more than capable of looking after him...O'Dea could be a different story! If it is was Elvis and Mick then I would have no problems!

 

ONLY one im seriously concerned about is inzaghi..

he's a slimey little * who has a knack of being in the right place at the right time ala THAT PRAT MCCOIST..

 

True. O'Dea is liable to mistakes, but he's a lot quicker than Elvis.

 

First..Kaladze is among the top 10 centre backs in the world the fact we conceded 14 goals when he went into CB around early Nov. is no coincidence.
Anyway..To relace Nesta it's hard to say as he's not had a definite choice CB along side for 2 year so i don't actually know who'd partner Nesta anyway now..Its between Bonera, Kaladze and Il Capitano for the 2 CB poitions.

beattie and jvoh are unlike what he usually has 2 deal with in seria A everyweek and will get a shock!!

Inzaghi isn't 100% in form, he was rather doubtful for this game although it seems like that he is coming.

 

I have revised my thinking for the AC Milan game

I now believe WGS has the firepower, skill and momentum
at his disposal to go 4-4-2, and win this crucial game 2-0...

That's probably a fair team, Stonewall. But the lay out is wrong. Nakamura won't play in the centre, he'll play opposite McGeady on the wing with Tommy G in midfield.

I really wanna see Tommy G get stuck in, and show Celtic fans why he's in the first team.

 

Milan just beat Sienna 2day, thanks 2 a 94th min goal from Kaka. So, they CAN loose goals and Ronaldo scored 2 2day so maybe we have a chance as he is cup-tied.
