excellent result under horrific circumstances for Neil, glad the bhoys won with some style. Commons is a * send, what a bargain plus Hooper and Stokes look back on form; at the perfect time as well! :50:

i mentioned it before but this result + performance + lennon + fans = the single most greatest and emotional match I have witnessed.

tears of joy through most of the game, the way everyone stood up and be counted was just simply awe inspiring sent a message out to those who watched how football should be appreciated by fans.

    excellent result, even better performance.

Great to see big Dan get 90 minutes, he made some smart tackles when he had to.
    Kayal was awesome, incredible performance.
Commons Hooper and Stokes - their movement and awareness was a joy to behold, Commons and Hooper will take the plaudits but i thought Stokes performance was very special, he showed great awareness & vision throughout in an epic performance.
Forrest was poor enough i thought, 2 or 3 goal chances he scuffed at.
Foster still gives me the shivvers, he just does not dominate his box and communicate with defence.

great that we had the game wrapped up and Kayal, Izaguerre and Commons were hooked off to rest up for Sunday.

Last night was fantastic, i was really nervous about this game, and the team came out all guns blazing, brilliant stuff.

The football played was top drawer at times, and they took their goals well, it was 4-0 going on 8 or 9 last night.

Atmosphere was magic as well, i was in the Moffat Stand and the singing did not stop all night, great backing from everyone who was there.

Only negatives I'd take from last night is Forrest didn't look confident for large stretches of the match, and Brown's slackness putting Kayal in a position to take that booking.

First away game and 4-0 to Celtic, what more can you ask for :). Celtic were brilliant last night, I agree with horseshoe that Forrest wasn't as effective as he can be last night.

Thought we were very impressive last night.

Was a tad concerned going into the game, what with Kilmarnock being in some decent form, and there was definitely added pressure due to Rangers hammering Dundee United away from home.

Glad the players shared none of my nerves, all of them played the game in the perfect manner. We started the game as we meant to continue, keeping the ball, moving it sharper than we have in recent times, and taking our chances early.

Great to have Majstorovic back, especially with sunday in mind. Like it or not, Jelavic is a massive threat, and i'd have been very worried about either Looverns or Rogne coming up against him, but Maj has more than enough to keep him at bay.

Kayal was extraordinary last night. He is turning into unquestionably our most important player, both in terms of on the pitch performance's and off the pitch. His character is absolutely first class, a brilliant example for all of his team-mates.

I thought Kayal took the game by the neck from the 1st minute last night, he was driving everything from deep yesterday, speeding the play up when needed, and then kept things ticking over when the play needed slowing down.

Played a few cracking diagonal balls over the top to Forrest, just wiping out the whole Kilmarnock midfield in one easy pass.

Gotta say i disagree with a couple of the boys further up the page, i thought Forrest played very well yesterday, or he at the very least made the others play better. His willingness to open up the pitch allowed Hooper and Stokes to play in that little pockets between centre back and full back. He was always forward thinking when he recieved the ball.

As well as Brown has done out right this season, especially with Wilson, we can sometimes lack that bit of penetration on the flanks. Unless Wilson is overlapping at every chance. Forrest, like Maloney is a great option to have.

Hooper and Stokes were back to somewhere near their best after a quiet couple of months. Nice to have them coming into form for Sunday's game, as well as Samaras who has history at Ibrox. ;)

I'd go for this on Sunday.

    Forster

    Wilson Majstorovic Mulgrew Izaguirre

    Ki Sung Yong
    Brown Kayal
    Maloney Commons
    Hooper

Gives the option to change to a 4-4-2 as well. Brown going out wide right and Maloney going up top with Hooper.

Would take a draw now mind.

Pleasantly surprised at the performance last night. Always thought we would win the game, but we were as good as I have seen all season. Another potential banana skin avoided. Now lets hump this mob on Sunday.....

Great overall performance but i have to disagree with several previous posters I thought forrest had one of his better games recently he didnt shy away from taking on his man and caused a couple of problems for their left back. If the game had been closer I think alot of the tackles that were put in on him near the end of the game may have been called as fouls
