i'd love them to be banned, i doubt they will, and even if they do, it won't be forever, and when they do get back in, they'll just sing the songs again...it won't stop the dirty vile *.

we just need to drown them out

I'd ban them because of their behaviour nevermind just the songs. The state they leave our ground in is despicable

    Stupid idea.

Firstly they pay for all damage that their fans cause, just as Celtic do when any seats etc are broken at ibrox.
I bet it's the the same deluded people who are calling for them to be banned that call it the biggest derby in the world etc

Why are people acting like games this year have been so bad with violence and hatred? Games v rangers are not even half as bad as they used to be! Compare them to any other derby across europe and the rest of the world, the violence and hatred is on a whole other level to what we experience here.

If you think that Celtic - Rangers games are so bad and need away fans removed then supporting Celtic is not for you imo.

carpe diem 67.. What background are you from to be coming out with the pish that you posted above ?

Because vandalism is fine when someone pay's for the damage..
probably the huns insurance , when it ought to be the neds who smashed it up in the first place , and they should be doing time..

deflection tactics away from the issue.. Do you work in the Scottish media ?

So bigotted fans who vandalise parts of the stadium are welcome ?

Can't believe the majority would like an only home support OF game.

That's all part of it, there's no better feeling than Celtic scoring in an OF and just going mental then 10 seconds later the whole GIRFUY "can you hear the rangers sing, noo, nooo!" songs. It just adds to the tension and excitement having 7,500 ugly * tucked in that corner of the stadium.

    * love the derby games, and it just wouldn't be the same.

ban the huns, we'll be banned from ibrox. Obviously.
I don't want that. We can outsing them anyway.
Why would you want your team to goto a stadium and have no support?
also, their club gets the bill for the damage. as we do when we break seats at ibrox.

This would never happen but I know where your coming from sectarianism needs to be stamped out.

no way! when we go 3-0 up, what's the first thing after going mental that you want to do?

"CAN YOU HEAR THE RANGERS SING? NOOO, NOOO!" :icon_mrgreen:

    * No! Can you imagine what they would unveil the dark secrets of incest and the realisation of sisters actually being their mothers.

    Na,it will ruin the game.
You need both sets of fans there hating each other,it is how the game was built up.

I don't think anyone is saying it has to be that way forever more.. It's a wanting to stamp bigotry out of football , for at least the 90 minutes the game is being played inside the ground , and also make it clear that fans are accountable for their own actions and to make their club accountable and to acknowledge unacceptable behaviour , or to go one stage furthur , have the SPL take action against them as they already passed the "last warning huns" stage a few years ago.. The fixture can still have the bitter edge that it has without the extra baggage..

I don't think huns were banned from Celtic Park during the time our fans were banned from there.. It doesn't have to go hand in hand.. punishing the guilty will do..

The "bitter edge " in this fixture = the support.

Take one set away and it will lose value.

Definately the support is what makes the fixture but surely the huns have got other songs they can sing that don't either break the law , slur dead people , or make light of a disaster... Aye... Aye.... :97:

The way I look at it , The amount of damage they made in the recent game would be no different than if they'd taken a sledgehammer to the Jock Stein statue and left it in pieces..
Yeah it can be repaired and the huns will pay for the damage but would we just accept that as being okay..

Do we accept all their songs or just some , what if the recent one about Tommy Burns becomes a stadium favourite for them..
Do we make a stand against that..

Are we willing to take it all , take none , or just a little bit..
