    Think you might've.
Anyway, the huns deserved their victory today, they played much better than us,was embarassing to say the least.Still know we have the better team it's been proven, but today they did earn that, never mind the penalty claim.Uch well..

we will. Thats the best game the huns have had all season.

Unfortunately, I've seen us play worse than we did today. But we needed bringing back to earth. It will do us good.

Agree in part here. You get the sense that the players believed they only need turn up to take the trophy back to Paradise. Nowhere near the fight and hunger demonstrated in recent OF games. Was Lenny in the stand the catalyst for this? Maybe's aye; maybe's naw. Could be the kick up the * we need. Our performance midweek was below par and today's was nowhere near the level we have to (and can) produce. Better to lose this game than the league game IMO. Although admittedly it doesn't feel that way just now.

Dont know about everyone else, but i had a feeling when i left the house that this was not our day, and i was right. Out of all the cups to lose i would have choose this one, if we * up in the Scottish cup and win the league i will be happy enough but i really want us to do the double. Whatever happens.....WE MUST WIN THE LEAGUE. Keep the faith :shamrock:

    Just in from the game.

Cant believe how gutless we played, not going to go individual players here but we were SCARED from that filth and I can't understand why we are SCARED from THEM? Majority of the balls they won either in the air or on foot what a disgrace Celtic. Samaras gets a special mention, why the * did we give him a 3 year contract? because hes scored 2 goals this season?. He gave the ball away and to be honest here he couldn't control a hard-on never mind the ball.

Midfield couldn't deliver the balls through middle of the park and we constantly failed to go out wide. The filth were just to hungry to win the game and they got it because we simply bottled it, disappointed Celtic probably the worst fight against them this season and it to be the cup final is hard to take.

Lennon to bring on Glenda but not stokes what is going through his * mind, mind you hes got Samaras on a 3 year deal now am seriously scared of lennons tactics and deals.

Lets pray we can get this double its * hard enough listening to the orcs go mental because they won a diddy cup.

Please Celtic just get this * league to its rightful place and shut that bigoted scum up.

Maybe a wee bit of an over reaction but I agree with some of what your saying.

You have to remember that Rogne hadn't played in a while and was dominated by Jelavic today. He had no choice. With so many players playing that badly it was a hard decision who to take off. However, Hooper was rank-*-rotten today. I would have took him off and put Stokes on. Commons was terrible, but we needed influence up top. I'm as sick as a dog, but we have to roll on. A terrible performance where we were second to every single ball. Agree about the leadership shout especially. You saw no-one wanted to take charge in there today. I hope we can recover.

over reaction come on mate 2 goals in a season and he gets a THREE year contract, come on tae * here.

Fair enough on the changes youv pointed out, but glenda is a disgrace come on thats the quilty we have on the bench and thats terrible. Cant believe the fight we had today it was like kayal was the only player wanting to win the game total let down by celtic and to be honest there should be a apology for that performance what a disgrace.

Out thought. outplayed. and outclassed the whole game. It was a shocking performance.Lennon got this seriously wrong. Wrong tactics and wrong personnel, and wrong substitutions. We got what we deserved. Zilch. it is going to be hard to pick ourselves up from this one.

Got to agree, mate. No point in sugar coating it, we were *. The substitutions were awful, Samaras (Why another 3 years, why?) should of been taken off, he was lazy, bad vision and basically inconsistent throughout the match. I would of brought on Stokes.

No excuses, they won. Wilson and Ledley did ok but other than that, the team was poor (other than Samaras getting the assist). But overall, we were far too sloppy in possession. We made them look better than they were.

I had always thought of big maj as an average player, my opinions have changed, looking at the game today and against ICT we miss him so much, he brings a calmness to our defence and is the only defender who is able to handle jelavic type players.

We need him back, and the sooner the better because any cb combination that doesn't have maj in it is looking very dodgy right now.

Maj is alright, when compared to our other CB's. But we need to completely re-organise our central defence, we need to get in new players, or get bring up some of the lads from the academy (we dont do it enough these days).

Before jumping in and blaming our players or management, I'll say to you al-watch the penalty we never got -it was a definite penalty papic stuck his leg into Wilson penalty all day long and we never got it?

If that penalty was given we wouldve won comfortably ,i cannot sleep thinking about this ive watched the whle game twice now and the penalty at least ten times.

How can he not give that?

Then the free kick leading to jellyfish goal, was one of those mysterious free kicks where wiess seemed to just lie down then illegally took it before we were ready.

all im reading on here is blaming our layers whove been world class all season ffs some of you catcha grip eh??

I NVER want that ref again for any of our games:shamrock:

We struggle against teams that don't set up very defensively against us. Motherwell went two up front against us and got their reward not long ago and the huns were rewarded for setting up more offensively yesterday. Our defence is very frail, that's obvious when put under any sort of pressure.

The huns wanted it more than us, they were a lot hungrier than us. They won the majority of the physical battles and seemed to have more energy than us, despite playing a European game mid-week. That's not something I've had to say about our team since Lennon took over but we certainly lacked fight and energy yesterday. A gutless performance, I didn't expect to be saying that today.

I was frustrated at not seeing Stokes come on as well, I couldn't understand that decision. He's our top goal-scorer, he's racked up a pile of assists and we were desperately chasing a goal.

It's not all doom and gloom, we've lost this one but we're still very much in the race for the double. We must tighten up the centre of our defence and learn to cope with teams attacking against us.

Lennon's learned from his mistakes very quickly this season but there's not many options when it comes to our centre backs, we'll just have to see how it pans out.

    KTF. :shamrock:
