    Bit o luck we could get far. I'm confident we would do most teams over two legs.

    Depends who we play along the way ect so many variables. We have as good a chance as anyone tbh and if you don't beleive that as a player then there's no point turning up.

    One thing about this team is they all beleive in their own ability and that of their team mates so who knows lol

    £50 is a bit much though unless it's disposible in which case fire away and best of luck too you. :)

    i dont think its totally bonkers after watching some of the champions league matches last couple of weeks ,with a couple of additions in the summer i think celtic could do really well in europe next year ,dont know about winning it, but hey with a good draw and if someone knocked barcalona out who knows what could happen

    When we're at our best this side would give most teams a game but it is completely stupid to even contemplate.

    We don't even have enough experience in the side to get through a group stage in my opinion and we'd be shown up at European level specifically from a defensive perspective.

    Haha, love it mate :50: i would love to play a team like Man U just now to see how we'd get on, it's hard judging how good we are against the rest of the SPL and a Rangers team who are a registered professional football club but have no intention of actually playing the game that is football haha.

    Really wish we had gelled in time for the Europa League and made it into the competition, can't see many that we should fear in that and i'd expect us to give anyone a game at home with the crowd now back on our side and the players giving their all.

    On the face of it, it's an absurd idea! There's no way we could live with Arsenal, Barca, United etc...However, being an optimist, here goes.......

    Before 67, did anyone believe we could become the first British team to win the EC?

    Before 2003, did anyone believe we could pump Liverpool at Anfield? Get to Seville?

    They will probably offer you 66/1,

    The bet is not mad if they gave you 100/1 it's actually good value as if we go past the group stages you would just lay the bet for a good profit.

    I do this most years with a couple of teams I got AC Milan at 66/1 for the year after they were deducted points. They were sitting 6th in the league at the time and thats why I got such a good price. I then laid the bet at I think about 6/1.
